I have dealt with Abbey & Olivier for a few years now. In all my dealings, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and great service. I used their expertise when selling my property recently. From day one, Caprice advised me on how to stage my property for photos, visitations, and provided me with detailed market assessments. Anthony was great in handling the open houses and additional visitations that followed, even on a holiday. There were many challenges with the sale including a slowing down in real estate market, short deadlines, and a very difficult buyer being represented by an unprofessional agent. Despite all this and more, Caprice did a great job with negotiations, and she made sure I ended up with the best outcome. Had I used a different agency, I am certain I would still be struggling to sell my property.

Extremely satisfied and impressed with the work of Caprice and Shep in selling my property. I had initially considered selling on my own but felt I was too attached to the property to do an efficient job. Gee, am I glad I signed up with these folks. They counseled me and had an intelligent and caring approach to how to sell the property that was extremely efficient, resulting in a smooth sale with a happy buyer and a happy seller; what more can you ask for?
