I have been a weekly customer since 2008, and Matta was the reason why.I am pleased that the new owners, George & Michael have carried on in the same way that Matta did, with genuine personalized care for what best helps the patient.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year and am very happy with the quality of service and care that they provide. The service is fast! The staff are very friendly, always take their time to try to help if they can, and never seem annoyed with questions. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know who lives in the area.If you want a change from big-name places where you feel like just a number, this is the place for you! They take their time with you and it actually feels like they are part of your team.

Used this pharmacy since I moved to Waterloo. The pharmacist is very helpful and approachable, and takes the time to answer my questions. Highly recommended.

I love this Pharmacy, they have very friendly staff, good service, the recent passing of the pharmacist, Matta, will hopefully be filled by a new, very skilled young man, who is now tentatively filling the position, overall a wonderful pharmacy.

Apparently this place doesn't realize it is a corner property and borders two sidewalks to clear. It barely even clears the King side though so that isn't surprising. Someone is going to end up breaking something on the side street.

This pharmacy is the best I have ever been to before. The pharmacist took the time to check in and explain everything to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He kindly offered to phone me when the next shipment of vaccines were available. I did not feel rushed or hurried while in the pharmacy. Highly recommend using this pharmacy if you’re in search of a professional, calm, patient and knowledgeable place.

This is under new ownership since only a short while ago, but it is already feeling like a neighbourhood pharmacist of the kind you don't see too often any more.Michael, the pharmacist, greets you by name if you have been in before, is quick with prescriptions and patient with instructions and questions. Really great pharmacy and drug store.
