There was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived, kitchen crew was messing around and didn’t wait on us for awhile. We had to ask for more ingredients in our tacos as there was next to nothing in them. Dining room was fairly clean. As we were finishing up our supper the kitchen crew (3 of them) walked around the building and stood right outside the door smoking. Not impressed.I would recommend choosing a different Taco John’s in Great Falls.

I waited in line in the drive through for half an hour to get my food. I was trapped in the drive through, could not just give up and leave to go somewhere else. The person at the window said there were only 2 people working. If you don't have enough people to run the restaurant, close it. My boss doesn't allow me to come back from lunch late just because you are short handed. I really like Taco John's, but this visit was terrible! I had to scarf my lunch down just to make it back to work on time.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food from the time I ordered it to getting it in my car it totalled out to be 35 minutes. The person taking the money and handing out the food was just standing there by the window not doing anything while I waited to pay for my order. Overall was an aweful experience and they waisted my entire lunch.

Half of my food was missing. And when I phoned, they claimed not to deliver. Though I am aware of this, when I visited the website, everything was ordered and waiting for delivery from Doordash. Nevertheless, half of my purchase was missing, and the on-call employee was unhelpful and unfriendly. I still have the recipt

Horrible customer service, sat at the thing waiting to take an order for 10 minutes! Not a single other car in front of me, other people had gotten their order and had left, there was a long line of people behind me waiting to take their orders too

Service was good. Nice window person. Atmosphere seemed hyped up. But the beef burrito melt burrito I got had zero beef in it. Just rice. The second one I had only had beef on the end of it, my last bite. This place is always a hit and miss. I need to know who the grill line person is when I get good food than I'll ask before I come in.

If you want to be stolen from then DONT GO to this taco John's on 10th. Been there a few times and every time something is missing. This last time I went half my order was missing after waiting in the drive thru for 20min. Called and the manager said she packaged my order which then she would know she didn't give me a receipt nor all my food. EXTREMELY RUDE and called me a liar so now I had to call my bank and file fraudulent charges since they stole from me and charged me for everything without giving me half of my things.

At your store on 10th greatfalls. There is a heavy set lady with tattoos on her arms flowers. One she has no smile and no personality. Also I watched her leave the kitchen with food service gloves on. She went to the bathroom. A couple minutes later she came out with the gloves on, and immediately served a costumer. THAT IS DISCUSTING, she needs to go or be retrained. Disturbing

Waited a total of around 20 minutes in the drive thru (guess they prioritize the lobby over drive thru?), only to find out the order was wrong and we were missing an item. Based on other recent reviews it appears this was not a one-off thing and we will NOT be going back for some time.
