In terms of cleanliness and the area it is five star however the kids from the schools that you have to put up with during the afternoon rush hours is insane, they jump around and scream and are undisciplined.

The trains always arrive on time. Easy to find a place to purchase a ticket.

EXO’s addition of a 3rd Quai a major fail for commuters. There have been 3 tracks running through the Montreal West train station for decades. All have been accessible from inside the train station. Around January 2020, the AMT or EXO added a 3rd Quai. This seemed like good news, but they’ve made it so access to the new Quai is only from Sherbrooke, outside of the train station. So now track 3 is no longer accessible from inside the train station. Poor planning which has created a horrible user experience for commuters.

Three suburban AMT lines pass through, and as of about January 2020, there are now 3 quays.

Another popular stop but this one unlike Vendôme is usually only popular to student since there is the loyola campus nearby. Which is a high school that also has one of the Concordia University campus there. When school isn't started it is very quick stop. Fairly easy to go through of it be by car or train, since the trains come and go due to no student embarking or disembarking the train. This station is without a doubt a clean one compared to others.

As others have noticed, an extra platform was added, which was done when a third track to downtown was added to reduce delays. The tunnel from the station hasn't been extended to that platform yet. I was told that it would happen Summer 2020; I don't know whether the delay was because of the pandemic. A sketch of the future look is on display on Sherbrooke Street. The delay is a bit inconvenient, since if I want to get to that platform from the south I have to arrive a couple of minutes early in case the flashing lights and barrier stop me from crossing the track, but it's no big deal.

It’s a decent station. Here is my honest review on it.Good:A) It has a bathroom.B) It’s near residences some companies and and many schools nearby and shops.C) It has many transfers.D) It’s pretty clean.Bad:A) They need to renovate the inside.B) Add more benches.C) More ticket machines. All in all its a nice and important station. I do hope they make the station better in the future by making zero pollution, adaptable to climate change and just have a good security.

This station desperately needs improvements. There is no protected pedestrian crossing on the east side of the platforms. The newer third platform lacks lighting and a vending machine. Most importantly, this station is near a major university, a school, and local commercial and residential zones, but trains do not stop on it during many hours of the day and during the weekends.
