MAJOR Dog Grooming

I took my little Shih Tzu to Becca at Major Dog Grooming for the first time last week and it was a wonderful experience! Coco did great, and even better she came home happy, clean and groomed! These ladies did an excellent job, and we'll be returning again for her regular groom! I would highly recommend Becca for dog grooming. She did our dog Bandit, who is 11mths old and a Siberian Husky. We had taken him to another groomer and they told us he was very stressed and they didn't complete the grooming. So we decided to try Becca. We informed her of the previous experience and she said she would do her best but also wouldn't stress him out. Well, Bandit, was very good with her and she completed the grooming. She is amazing! I can't thank you enough and we will be back.

My dog daisy absolutely loves Becca. She does an excellent job.

Kato had a great experience. Normally he isn't fond of having his feet touched, but he was great. Becca was great with him, put him right at ease. Very easy process!

Had my 135 pound golden retriever for a full groom including hair cut. She looks wonderful. Price was right and terrific job. Becca is my new forever groomer

Wonderful & caring she's excellent at her job, she goes out of her way to make you and your pets feel you're the most important job of the day, my Tilly & Hope love her and she will come to your home if need be, you can't ask more than that.

I can't thank the staff here enough. They got us in quick for an appointment and have extremely fair pricing. This is the least we've ever paid and best our dog has ever looked. The staff were so friendly and you can tell they just love dogs. We have a big girl that doesn't like baths or blow dryers and somehow she cooperated just fine for the girls tonight and came out looking amazing! I wish I took before and after pictures because our pup was heavily matted and quite dirty. She looks beautiful, thank you so much!

Our family dog was groomed at this facility last Tuesday. When my mother arrived to pick the dog up (a shihtzu) the groomers needed more time. When they released her to us she was wearing a bandana around her neck. All good so far. We were told she was a delight to groom.Later, when we removed the bandana, we noticed a massive burn down the center of her throat. There was another burn injury to her armpit.My parents were not told about the injury. The business withheld the information, which would have been critical had the wound become infected. This is extremely unprofessional behavior in any context, let alone when one is working with living, feeling animals.As a professionally certified dog trainer, behavior expert, pet sitting business owner, and the mama of a beautiful black and tan cocker of my own, I'm appaled to hear that the animal's welfare was not put first in the handling of this event.I'd advise anyone considering using this grooming service to proceed with extreme caution. Ask for proof of insurance. Take pictures of your dog before and after the grooming event, and check your dog thoroughly afterwards. We all know accidents happen, but when they do, we must take responsibility for them. Especially when working with creatures who cannot speak for themselves.Major Grooming, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

First time getting my Shitzu Oscar groomed. Was very happy with everything from my first phone call with Heather to the grooming. They listened to me and took great care of my senior, cantankerous pooch. Will be going back
