I bought manuka" oil and they sent me tea tree oil. They are trying to tell me it is manuka

I have ordered curb side pick up from this place one before and there were no issues. It was my first time in store today and I had wanted to buy a couple items and pick up my order at the same time. I went to the counter and waited as the employee was finished talking to another customer. I was confused as if she was ringing her through or answering questions. She did not acknowledge me at all. I walked around a bit longer (about 20 mins) until I felt there was an opportunity to be rang through. I go up to the counter again and the employee is just staring at me and not saying anything… it made me feel really uncomfortable. I finally asked if I could be rung through and she went and grabbed another employee. WORST customer service. I would rather pay more money some where else for the better customer service.

I absolutly love Soap and more. Their website has gone such long way from being ok look to this amazing, clean, professional look with beautiful pictures and detailed description of the product. I don't have time to shop in person, so I use online shopping at soap and more all the time and have never had a problem finding info quickly and placing an order. I have been shopping at this store online for 2 years and picking up my order at the store. I see negative reviews for website, and it shocks me because the website is gorgeous, easy to navigate and way better than it was 2 years ago. Way to go soap and more, you have gone long way from where you were. You have added some amazing ingredients that I love to use. I now can shop here in Calgary and support an amazing CANADIAN BUSINESS that supports my Canadian business instead of sending my money down the states or Amazon which is even worse. Thank you guys for being here, pulling it through pandemic and giving me this opportunity to support local business.

Good today..but not enough staff to concentrate on each client, to complete transactions. It is not wise to jump between 3 or 4 clients at the same time....more staff are needed to deal with heavier traffic at mid-day times.I did purchase what I called in for earlier but I had to wait about 20 + minutes, which I never have had to in all the years I have frequented Soap and More.

Don’t buy the BTMS-50 if it come in flakes! I always received pellets and never ever had a problem. Flakes are definitely not BTMS-50

Got walked past by 3 different employees as if I didn’t even exist today. Not one person acknowledged I was in the store, if I had any questions or what I might be in for. Have never felt so unwanted as a consumer in a shop, was really hoping for a different response as I am looking for many things they carry but will be doing so elsewhere after the way I was left to feel today. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you’re looking to be treated like a human being and may have questions

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and, if they don't know about something, they will find an answer. They have supplies for soap, candles, lotions, etc. Highly recommend this store as a go to.

Went in to find Madder dye for a class project. Ended up buying Black Oxide as well. The store smells yummy and service was kind!

Omg Cassandra went above and beyond for me as a customer today. This company is so lucky to have a friendly, competent and resourceful employee. Truly an asset! Thank you Cassandra for all your help and patience.
