Canadian Pure Filtered Water

This place is does not deserve any stars. The owner Tony was very rude and very disrespectful on the phone. Tony argued with me that we owed him past and future rental fees for a water cooler which was purchased and never rented. Also, Tony threatened that they would come and take it away due to unpaid rental fees. The water cooler was purchased and have the receipt to prove this.

Totally not COVID compliant. Was in the store no employees wearing mask which is ok I guess if they stay behind the counter and plexi. Owner comes out from around the counter with no mask on working very close to me (less than 6feet) I looked at him and said you should have a mask on. He raises his voice very loud and is very close to me saying “you know why I am not wearing a mask? Because 4 weeks ago I had a heart attack and if I’m running around the store here getting out of breath I’m not gonna wear a mask. You’re wearing as mask so it’s ok!” I guess he doesn’t understand how masks work. My mask protects him and he not wearing a mask endangers me! And if he really had a heart attack he is predisposed to have a worse time with COVID. People like this is what is stopping me and my entertainment workers from earning a living again and why Peel numbers are so bad. Totally selfish individual!

The owner is very unprofessional. He definitely has anger management issues. He threaten to call police on me, and said for me to never come to his store again. He would not honour a prepaid rewards program he had at one time, said it had expired. I was never notified and wasn’t aware that there was an expiry on the prepaid card. The staff member was very polite, and explained it to us, after calling him (Anthony) store owner. The next day he went crazy in front of other customers, saying I was harassing his staff. I am shocked that this man is still in business. Will not recommend this store to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Horrible customer service. The man who works there... Anthony, is rude and doesn't know how to listen. I got a defective water container. They knew it was diffective from the supplier but still thought it was okay to continue selling it. My fridge had water leakage all the time! When I came back to store.... They did not fill my jug and Anthony was ridiculously rude. Save your time and money. Customer experience is very important to me. And I cannot go to them and deal with their attitude every time I need water. Very very disappointed!

This is a great store for filling those huge water containers, coffee pods but even better is that they carry the CO2 bottles for our soda stream machine. Walmart hasn't started up their exchange program yet but I'm not going back to Walmart for my exchanges. The owner is great.

Good prices, easy refill stains and very kind staff. I will be back (when my water runs out of course).

The first time I visited the store I was greeted by friendly employees who assisted me. I was looking to bulk purchase water, but since the available volumes/prices didn't match the size containers I had (20L) they recommended I speak with the owner when he was in store. On another visit I spoke with the owner about the possibility of purchasing water for my volume. He was rude, didn't make an effort to assist me or offer a compromise. Despite this and the store having inconvenient and odd hours I returned several times. On another occasion the owner carried on a conversation with another patron without even acknowledging me as I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my water - I was greeted with a yes?". I returned yet again and was greeted with a similarly rude response and informed prices had doubled. I would never recommend this store to anyone based on the rudeness of the owner and the exorbitant prices they charge. Take your money and your business elsewhere."

Canadian Pure Filtered Water is great. I've been coming here for years and years and even now during this pandemic". The owner is great

The owner never takes a day off!! Very nice man with commitment to his business and customers. We switch between RO and Alkaline water and really appreciate that he has remained open during the lockdowns happening in Peel region.

Owner of the store is very rude and no etiquette in dealing with customers. I don't recommend this to general public because of his worst attitude. He is very racist. I have been supporting him and sending my patients and friends ever since he opened his store but never acknowledged that. By nature, Tony is a bad and insolent guy. His Aura is always negative. He has no respect for his customers particularly colored people. I think he has inferiority complex. Most of his employees left him because of his rough behavior.
