M Mécanique 360 / Anciennement Monsieur Muffler

Went to Monsieur Muffler because my brakes on my Toyota Corolla 2004 were having issues with squealing.After being greeted with respect and with the utmost courtesy, they reassured me that the brakes were in good shape and that a simple brake maintenance should be sufficient in solving my issue.They didn't hesitate to mention that changing the brakes would have been pointless and an additional cost for no reason.They even went out of they're way to working in the car immediately and making sure they had the right amount of mechanics on the job to finish it off quickly and properly.This is the first time that a mechanic has not tried to sell me all sorts of problems with my car.I am amazed and impressed at the quality of the service and the workmanship provided at this fine establishment.Definitely recommending this garage to anyone who is looking for a fair and honest mechanic.

J’utilise maintenant ce garage depuis plus de 5 ans. Que ça soit pour l’entretien ou la réparation de mes véhicules ou même la location de voitures Discount, l’équipe agit avec transparence et m’a toujours offert un excellent service. Je recommande à tous.

Pour corriger des réparations fait sur ma voiture dans un autre garage local, j’ai amener ma Hyundai Sonata 2011 chez M. Muffler et les réparations ont encore été fait de façon rapide, prix compétitif, et service 5 Étoiles, Merci a Normand et a son équipe !!!

Personnel sympathique mais la propriétaire ne devrait pas être dans ce commerce, très Antipathique!en attendant ma voiture dans la réception j’étais assis à l’écart pour faire mes travaux sur ma tablette en mangeant mon sandwich assis et elle m’as dit mettez votre masque, je lui ai répondu je mange madame, elle m’a dit allez manger dehors ici ce n’est pas un restaurant.Quel manque de tact! Je n’en revenais pas!Je ne recommande pas ce garage.

Over price!!!For just checking my car air conditioner, less than 15 min work, they asked for around 110$. And they didn’t inform me in advance.

Très bon service. Ils ont remplacé une pièce défectueuse sans frais ( étrier de frein installé par eux sur une Honda Civic ) même si la garantie était échue. Service à la clientèle très personnalisé.

Went there for a couple of years... Service was fine at first, and staff was real nice, although I always had an issue with the way Normand, the owner, talked to his wife (receptionnist). Disrespectful and frankly no one deserves to be bullied around like that. But service went way down south when they started also being a Discount franchise. I now get out of there with a bad service and mistakes more than half of the time, and the receptionnist being too busy to handle both businesses at the same time. Save yourself the trouble... go elsewhere.
