Each parking is a bit small but the parking staff is kind and friendly. The monthly price is ok.

Dont park here. Signs say 2 hour parking while the machine says 6 pm or all day. Not worth spending 10 dollars.Security isnt there. Customer service line doesnt work.604 number doesnt work. Terrible. Pray you dont get your car smashed too. Useless private parking.

First they charged for parking in reserved spot that was alone reserved in middle of nowhere. And they didn’t return the day charge for parking. So they took money for both parking and reserved spot a total of 90 + 15

Fraud place. The sign outside says parking for 1 hour for 5$ but when you wanna pay it only takes parking till next day. Also, the elevators are down and the stairs smell like urine all over. It’s so nasty and disgusting. They deserve their place closed!

Got broken in to. When I got back to my car there was someone sitting at the passenger seat. They stole my prescription glasses.When I saw the security he ask me if I chase the person?Is it their job to keep my vehicle safe. What's the point of paying for a secure parking lot.

It is not safe to park here with the break ins. There is no security. There are people with addictions here injecting themselves and smoking in the stairwells and throughout the parkade. Smells like human waste and I found human feces in the parking lot. The stairwell is used as the toilet. Doesn’t seem like anyone cleans up or cares about it. I’d park somewhere else and if you are renting from Hertz/Thrifty or whatever car rental place operates in this garage I’d be vigilant and cautious of the conditions. Consider parking/renting somewhere else.

Good prices 3.89 per hour on weekends and good day and evening prices. Friendly staff and no break ins. Be aware of scam reviews they don't pay get tickets and then put bad reviews.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Filthy, unsafe and unfair. They lock off the elevator and the stairwell is an absolute horror show. My car was broken into on a Sunday morning with terrible glass and paint damage. I've received an $80 ticket after paying for all day parking. There's a security booth but I've literally never seen a security guard around despite tons of homeless people lurking and countless break ins per other reviews.
