I have been working on and off with Rachel as my personal trainer for many years. She's very patient and encouraging.She has a great sense of when you need to be pushed and when you need a little more pep talk. Allows a safe space to be vulnerable and you always leave feeling empowered and a little more confident in your abilities! Love her!

I have a regular personal training session with Rachel but had hurt myself. She suggested a massage session instead & in 2 1/2 hr sessions, my pain was gone. She truly cares

I booked a massage therapy session because I had hurt my shoulder. Rachel helped relieve the pain and muscle issues. After a few treatments I was better than before.
