Kushru is very knowledgeable, very helpful. My husband and I had a great experience working with him. He came few times to meet us, gave us his honest opinion and stayed within our budget. They did flooring throughout our rental property. Kushru and his team went above and beyond and exceeded our expectation. We would highly recommend pearlknstructions to anyone who is looking to do renovation projects. We will definitely use them again to do our future renovation.

Pearlknstruction did my hardwood floor. I viewed many stores and the price of the hardwood was bought at a great price compared to the stores that I had view. They removed the carpet and put downour new flooring. They were fast professional and clean. They put in potlights which I love and painted our wall so that everything would look fresh and new. What a difference my this made to my home. I am very pleased. They came on time and finished the work. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend for their great customer service, quality of products and excellent prices! We made our inquiry on Tuesday and the order was promptly confirmed with delivery the following day. They even brought us a gift of holiday treats and branded mug, calendar and pen. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Just got our home renos done by them. Vinyl flooring, backsplash and pantry cupboards. Five stars to Khushru, the owner, in terms of service-with-a-smile, on time completion and last but not the least excellent job. He has taken care of every little demand we had without a question. Highy, highly recommendable.

Khushru team did a fabulous job I went and saw him Friday picked out the wood and they hadI spent months going around to all the flooring stores, I was so frustrated I finally decided to give Khushru a try who had come by previously to give me a rough estimate . Khushru is very knowledgeable about renovation and has all the right people that a renovation project needs on his team. He also stocks most of the construction material and accessories for a full renovation job which save time and money. I worked with him a couple of times. In last case, he was a real help for me before I move into my new house. I recommend his services.
