Why do they not have locks on these pumps? I have to fill 100 litters in my car, and I have to hold it for so long every time I come to this gas station.

I recently visited this Gas Station for a quick fill-up and car wash, but things didn't quite go as planned. As I was driving through the car wash, the sensors malfunctioned and I got stuck in the middle. When I tried to reverse out, the machine kept shutting off.The staff were not particularly helpful and seemed to blame me for the malfunction, even though it was clearly a technical issue. They eventually had to manually release me from the car wash, which was a bit embarrassing.In addition, the washrooms at this gas station were just as filthy as another gas station I visited. It was a bit of a disappointment and not what I had come to expect from a business that serves the public.Despite these issues, the gas prices at this Gas Station are competitive and the convenience store has a decent selection of snacks and drinks. Just be sure to thoroughly inspect the car wash before committing to it, and maybe skip the washroom if you can. You never know when it might turn into a ride through the spin cycle.

This location has touchless car wash, On the Run store, Tim Horton's and your usual gas services. Good location. They had a 10000$ winning ticket sold at this location.

Very disobedience by the staff for not using the restroom in worse condition by the drivers.A Gas station is a public place and, therefore, is required to provide toilet facilities to the public whether or not they purchase something from them or not.Very much disappointed. Happened many times for denying the use of washroom.

Poor Customer service. Rude employees. Don’t wanna help. Esso should provide some training to unprofessional and misbehaving employees. Not a good environment at all.

Good pitstop. Has a carwash and a Tim Horton's.

RACIST EMPLOYEE ARSHDEEP !! On dec 18 2022 I visited the humberline and finch locationVery racist staff avoid at all cost staff who was racist is named Arshdeep there was a second person at the register but didn't get his name . When i went inside to pay for gas the second guy asked me if wanted a was i said no and thats when Arshdeep made a racist comment thinking I didn't understand indian he word for work said ( why you asking them do black people ever clean up them selfs they always smell and are dirty) im fluent in hindi and punjabi . When I confronted him he continued to be disrespectful .

8 pumps, 2 are diesel. Car wash. Nice convenience store with a Tim's. Parking for cars and big trucks.

This immediate assumption of guilt was not only uncalled for but also highly unprofessional.What made this situation even more distressing was the fact that my boyfriend, who is also a person of color like myself, was present with me. It appeared as if this incident stemmed from racial profiling, as there was no logical reason for such a reactive and accusatory response.When I calmly explained to the employee that my boyfriend would handle the payment, he insisted that I had to notify them in advance. This requirement felt completely baseless and inconsistent with the treatment I have received during my regular visits. It begs the question: why would anyone need to notify a gas station in advance about the payment method they choose to use?I understand that mistakes can happen, and employees may occasionally misjudge situations, but this incident went beyond a mere mistake. It felt like an unfair assumption based on our race, and that is absolutely unacceptable. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that serves a diverse community.As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness regardless of my ethnicity or any other characteristic.
