I would give 0 stars if I could, I purchased a Honda Civic and paid an extra $500 for safety, Muhammad promised me the car was perfect condition and the car still had many problems. I felt like I purchased it as is. Needs new break pads and rotors, needed new compressor, the vents r blocked, it had so much rust that I later found out was patched and painted over, had to replace my entire trunk… the list goes on and on, I’ve been fixing the problems for this car since I purchased it, spent thousands. Also I was promised delivery on the car but ended up having to Uber to pick it up from Toronto. I’ve been calling Muhammad since I purchased it months ago and he's been ignoring me since. When I complained to him he tells me “well what do you expect when you buy a used vehicle” he’s a scammer, I literally paid for safety certified. Once in a while will answer mistaking lot and tell me he’ll call me back just to ghost me again. Very dissatisfied from the whole process, DO NOT T TRUST THIS DEALER!

Just picked up a 2012 dodge caravan last night from these guys. This morning while out the check engine light came on. I took it to a shop to have the code read and vehicle inspected & came to learn that it needs a o2 sensor, brakes, and it threw a low tire pressure as well even after they were just filled, the AC needs to be fixed even though this was stated before i picked up the vehicle that the AC needed to be working as I need it with 3 very young children in the back on a daily basis.They refuse to fix, and when I said I'll bring it back and get my money back to go somewhere else I was told I won't get my deposit OR taxes back. These guys are VERY unprofessional and VERY rude and stated what do you expect when you buy a used vehicle". I wish I read the reviews before buying a vehicle off their lot. BUYER BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I'll be in contact with my lawyer. If I could give 0 stars I would

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY VERY DISHONEST. I Have ended up having to take them to small claims court.It's such a shame we still live in a world where people have no problem lying right to your face. This dealership failed to disclose that the car I was purchasing was branded unfit for road" by service Ontario. I did not agree to buy a car with this ministry label and could not get plates for it. They straight up lied

DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP !!8-7 months agoThis dealership sold a vehicle with a lien still attached to it and did not disclose this information to the buyer. Once the buyer tried to register the vehicle with MTO they were denied until the lien was off the vehicle. Once this issue was addressed back to the dealership the dealership wanted nothing to do with the situation anymore. They said it was not their problem anymore. The buyer decided to hire a lawyer and get OMVIC involved. Once this happened all of a sudden the dealership took off the lien and the buyer could now register the vehicle at MTO. Don’t waste your time with this dealership as the after service is terrible and if they do illegal actions you will need to hire a lawyer and go to court over the issue as they are quick to say “take us to court if your not happy”. Not worth the headache buying a vehicle from this dealership as there are many dealerships out there that don’t do illegal actions and are honest.

Don't go there! The seller is extremely dishonest. He sold us a certified & saftied" car that stopped dead on the highway only a week after purchase

Naz and his family have always given me a detailed explanation of the work that was required and on a number of occasions saved me some money, avoiding unnecessary Repairs that the local dealer wanted to proceeds with. Very reasonable repair costs and cheerful service at Dream Cars Repair shop!

All People who had bad dealings with this place of auto sales contact OMVIC, they have to be a registered dealer with them. And will help you with discrepancies or wrongdoings

I bought a car here and had some problems that the dealer could not know about but promised to fix. He was very supportive in fixing the problem for free. Since it wasn't really fixable, he was very helpful and offered to replace the vehicle for me.All in all, great support with every process, very customer friendly and fast communication.
