place is a complete joke, great marketing but they dont have the products, I made and order months ago and keep getting the same run around. Paul the owner doesnt reply I will never shop here again. I would strongly suggest to just pay the extra 10 dollars and go to a real outfitter

Worst experience ever! Took over 6 weeks to get my problem resolved and get my money back. They reply to email 3-4-5 days later… when they reply… Really really tough to get someone on the phone. Have to call 10+ per day… won’t answer phone calls and won’t return my calls. They are making promises they won’t keep. I had to do the follow up or else they wouldn’t have do anything. Worst customer service ever. Worst experience ever. Never again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They didn't pick up their phone for 2 weeks and the email threads are 5 days apart.Shoes don't fit and now they don't have the correct sizes but at the end of the day, I have lost confidence in their customer service that is well below adequate.At least the CEO Paul talks a good game.

Terrible experience. Dont use. They email you like mental with deals that arent really deals and then shipping takes forever and is dispatched in multiple shipments from different locations.Super shady. Waste of time, money and mental well being

You sign up for their email list and then they spam you with 100s of emails a month. Then they add you to other email lists that have nothing to do with golf and spam you with that as well. It's a shame because they have golf gear at a great price but they do not care about their customers. I will be reporting them for CASL violations if they do not stop spamming.

The absolute worst online golf shopping experience I’ve ever had. They charge you for shipping and for return shipping unless you agree to take a gift card instead of a refund. They don’t allow you to return in person to avoid returning your money also. I will not be buying anything from here again and don’t recommend it to other golfers.
