The old manager (Arzina Mann) used to steal my wages back in the day. I should have been making 2k a month, but I was getting $150-$300 a paycheque. I was only 20-21 at the time [I'm 34], terrified of losing my job.Arzina watched another worker s** assault me and did nothing. When I reported the co-worker, Arzina told the government I was lying. They took 7-eleven's side.The second star is for the majority of employees. They were awesome. Arzina? You're a monster.

I hope the head office, owner and manager get the chance to read this review. When a few people here wrote reviews about your chain being dirty, look into it. Today was exceptionally dirty, counter and coffee machines were very dusty, dried up coffee splatter on machines and everywhere. It looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned for days :-(. I loved coming here even with a bit of those sticky truth, today though tsk tskI do give kudos to the cashier though because she said she will look into it. I’m so tempted to come back tomorrow and see if it’s been cleaned. If not, I hope pictures will get the attention of whoever needs to rectify this.

Thank you so much Savita for the great service. Savita was very welcoming and smiled when I entered. She was very clear and I understood the whole system. She and her coworker answered all the questions I had and had a smile on their faces the whole time. This is by far the best service I have ever received at a 7 eleven.

This location has not very friendly or welcoming staff working! The store is dirty. The coffee machines some of them don't work. No public washrooms. Parking is so limited and narrow. It's always difficult to find a parking spot here. The fruits and pastries didn't not look fresh at all. This place needs to work on customer service and cleanliness!

This location needs to keep the place cleaner. Everytime I go hear the floors are sticky. The trash is almost always overflowing. Take pride in your work please.

The employees are lovely here and the store is tidy, I'm only giving this store a bad review because the coffee is absolutely disgusting. This store changed to single serving coffee machines instead of the traditional drip coffee, and I've never had coffee that is so disgusting in my life. It just tastes like burnt water, there's no coffee flavor at all. I've tried multiple times and both the bold" roast and the medium and they're both terrible. I'm not sure if they have the machines calibrated wrong or if the machines just make horrible coffee. Either way if you enjoy coffee

I've never had a negatve experience at this location which I am quite pleased about as this is not always the case at other locations by the same name that I have attended in the past. In general, the staff maintain a fairly high standard of cleanliness in the store insdie and out. As well the staff are always friendly and provide prompt service. The only thing I could say negatively is that their seems to be quite a bit of riff-raff" that seem to loiter outside. While this isnt the establisments fault per se

Friendly staff.. However, whoever is in charge of inventory needs to step their game up. They didn't have the vanilla protein shake i enjoy. They had 3 rows of the dark chocolate, strawberry and banana, but NO vanilla!? They were also out of danishes.I was heartbroken to say the least.

This place is better than a 3.4! Super convenient location, well stocked, from what I can see, and open all the time! Not to mention online ordering! 7/11 is keeping up or leading with modern shopping conveniences!?
