This place is geared towards experienced customers with high end expectations. The service is great and they always seem to have answers for the weirdest applications. If your a snowflake, you will get what you need. Don’t be concerned with how many smiles or lack their of when shopping there. These people know their stuff.

The service is deplorable; there is one particular person who seems to be there all the time that just looks mad when he actually has to work and he's kind of a dick about it. There is, however, another person who works there who is fantastic. I know what I would do if I owned this business!

I was honestly baffled at the poor level of service I received. I went in to make a selection to provide for my contractor and the staff essentially refused to be helpful and just consistently recommended I just look online. So save yourself the trouble of a trip down to a location with limited parking and hours and just use the website or a different company entirely. The wholesale prices aren't good enough to spend my money here.
