The Maker Bean Cafe
I went to the laser cutting workshop tonight and it was a super fun time! The staff is super approachable and welcoming, and Chris is a great facilitator. The small class size means you get a lot of individual attention and can feel free to ask any questions. The London fog with rose flavour shot is very tasty. It's $45 for 2 hours, you get a nice custom coaster to take home and a free drink. The cafe space is very well decorated, vibrant and homey. It's a lovely local business for adults and children to learn something new and design/make things in an encouraging environment. Highly recommend checking it out!

The Maker Bean Cafe
Attended the 3D printing course they offered. It was a fun learning experience spending the first hour designing a flower on tinkercad and the next on thingiverse to choose something to print. A coffee/tea/drink and one hour print time for your object is included in the course. If your print job is longer it is $8/hr. Chris was welcoming and a fun instructor and the cafe was a cute space to host the course. I definitely recommend as a fun low key night out to learn the basics of 3D printing or wood laser cutting! Thank you!

What an incredible and thorough team over at maker bean! I recently had wooden cheese boards engraved by this amazing shop and I’m so incredibly pleased with the outcome. Initially I wasn’t sure about the process or if it was even possible, but the team of staff over at maker bean put me at ease and made sure my custom design was sized and perfectly set onto my Acadia wooden boards that I’ll be offering as favors for my daughter’s communion. I love entire concept of this small biz!… there are so many creative options offered all in one adorable shop & you can even order a delicious cup of coffee from their wide variety of options or grab a sweet treat while you watch the creativity and skills happening to fulfill orders toward the back of the shop!Thank you Maker Bean for bringing my vision to light & customizing my boards! I’ll definitely be coming back :)

One of my favourite cafes! Maker Bean truly have the nicest staff and delicious coffee & baked goods. Also the neat thing about this cafe is they do creative work as well. They have done laser cutting for me which turned out amazing and they also do 3D printing. The best place with the best vibes!

Fantastic! I had a chance to order 15 custom, laser-cut thank-you cards for a business partner's staff... they'd gone above & beyond -- and WOW!! Beautiful. Price was totally reasonable, interaction was superb, cards were 100% perfect and ready on time. And their lattes are the best. What's not to like?!!

Super tasty coffee, ambiance is awesome and super fun and creative activities and services (3D Printing and Laser sketching).They hosted a birthday party for my niece with fun and educational activities and all the kids loved it. Couldn’t recommend it more!Oh and the owners are very lovely people!

My partner and I went to the Laser Cutting workshop and had such a great time! Our facilitators Chris and Sean were so helpful, friendly and engaging. After a quick intro to laser cutting, we designed our coasters and got to see them laser cut. We'll definitely be coming back for future workshops. :)

The Maker Bean Cafe
We recently had a wonderful experience at the Maker Bean for our daughter’s 8th birthday! The whole team were super helpful, walking us through the process in advance and everything ran seamlessly on the day. The kids had so much fun making use of what was on offer to create and build treehouses. We had many comments from parents afterwards about how much the kids enjoyed the party. We would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend!
