Fallow up to my previous review,I have to say I'm positively surprised as I Got a call back regarding my missing service,General manager call me and offered pic up and drop off service for my Mazda to be detailed, it was very nice and I'm very pleased with the service that they provided me Thak you so much appreciated that a lot.Kind regardsRemy

Great customer service! Had one small issue, which was resolved immediately by the manager and technician. They made it right. The end result was a perfect job.

Great people to deal with, very attentive to the customer needs and situation, very responsive on the requests/ calls. The shop is quite busy, but the shop (admin and repair bays and areas) are kept very clean and tidy, no mess with the parts from different jobs, all is in order! For my vehicle, the team did an extra step fixing a minor scratch on the bumper unrelated to the accident. Thanks Michael and the team for your service!

From the moment I walked into Morrey Auto body and glass Mike Leyland and his team were fantastic. The service was excellent and the shop was immaculate. My car came home quickly and looking like new. I can't thank Mike and his team enough!

Good job on windshield replacement, pleasant reception and logistics.The problem is when calibrating the windshield camera, they disabled the blindspot monitoring on my side mirrors.When I called back to let them know, an arrogant Manager got on the phone and told me it has nothing to do with his windshield replacement. I am to take my car to the dealer for diagnostics and repair. REALLY?I spent a couple hours researching and found when they recalibrate, they need to reset the complete car settings which they DID NOT do or offer to look at. Left a disabled safety option non operative due to Morreys negligence and customer to deal with it.Also no follow up call to see if resolved.Left me very bitter, GO ELSEWHERE and save youself grief.REPLY TO MICHAELs apologyThe blindspot detection is separate from camera in windshield. However when calibrating you access through OBD2 port into the ecu that controls everything. The tech somehow disabled the blindspot detection. There was no issue with the system prior to or after the work. The car DID NOT need to go to Mazda for scantool work by tech as you insisted.The problem DID align with your work on my car. All I asked of you was to contact the person doing the calibration to see if they could save everyone time. You Very quickly dismissed and refused any wrongdoing and passed the buck. You left it up to me to deal with a problem you caused and I did resolve by researching and resetting which any tech would know and do first, within the car itself with no special scantool. Again this could have been avoided if you could own your $hit ,even your apology dismised any wrong doing.Thanks ?

Went in for a windshield replacement , dropped off, notified when finished and picked up same day. Car was kept clean, even remounted personal items I had stuck on my old windshield. Receptionist was friendly and attentive to my concerns , overall good experience.

Went here last fall after my Volvo was rear ended. The trunk would no longer close properly. It had to be manually slammed, and even when manually closed the trunk open indicator light would sometimes be on. Initially the manager said the damage was clearly from the accident and they would fix it. When I picked up the vehicle, they had fixed some other minor damage, but told me the damage to the trunk was not from the accident and was not covered by ICBC. The manager was nowhere to be found. I left a detailed complaint with the receptionist and asked for a call back but never heard anything further. Very disappointing. I would never go back.

Staff were efficient. Really appreciated dealing with Mike Au, he’s outstanding. Could have had better communication about how long the service would take and the pick up procedure, but I’m pleased over all.

Great experience, from the reception to highly helpful consultants. We were treated very well! The service was deliver immaculately and timely - and we were given an almost brand new courtesy car while our car was being painted. Very happy with this interaction.
