Nike Markville Mall

Two days ago, my siblings and I were here with our dad to get him new shoes for his birthday. The cashier at the time was kind to help us find the exact pair and size he was looking for, and we went home thinking we received great customer service. However, when my dad took a closer look at the shoes, he realized that the soles were dirty (e.g., they had small pebbles in them and wrinkles on the sides) and they were obviously used... she sold us USED shoes at REGULAR PRICE after telling us that they cannot be returned if used... We were very disappointed about being deceived in this way. Thankfully, when my parents came back yesterday to return them, a helpful employee (who they suspect was a manager) took them back and replaced them with a new pair. Make sure to inspect your purchases carefully before you pay for them!

They don’t have a working phone number to call and find out if they have a product. Underwhelming selection at store every time I visited

The girl that was working at the time was extremely helpful with finding me the shoes that I was looking for and always helped me finding shoes at other locations in sizes they did not have. Got my Jordan 1s so I'm a happy man. Very helpful and made my trip quick and easy. Thanks I wish I caught her name. Appreciate you.

This complain is for north york in Fairview mall jd store and I wanna make a complain for this manager Latoya-There so upset and they yell at me they dont even care about there customers and i complain and they didnt even answer me and there manager just left and didnt even talk she just she dont wanna return

The employees who initially served us were nice and friendly. When they sold me the shoes a couple of days ago, and were about to put it in a box, I said I don't need the box. Everything went smooth.So fast forward to today, three days after the purchase, I notice that one of the shoes was dirty and used up. I went to the store today and talked the manager was there along with the receipt. I asked to return the shoes, his immediate response was that the shoes looks worn and he's not going to take it back and he was treating us like we're some thieves got caught. Although I told him that is why I am returning it, he didn't care to listen. Took some effort to finally get him to listen, and once he figured out what has happened, he didn't even apologize. He proceeded to refund us as if he's doing us a huge favour. If I'm there paying $230+tax for a shoe, I expect a professional customer service. This will be my last visit to Nike store.So apparently, they sold me the demo shoes. The one shoe that was dirty, it was put on the storefront for demo.

I bought a shoe at Nike store Markville my first every purchase totally disappointed by the service (Keneeth) when I went to return and get refund the guy says it should be not worn so they cannot refund and he said we can exchange to other shoe.But now after 2 weeks when I tried to exchange he is saying it should be unworn even it is exchange to other shoe - This is a totally disappointed for the first time purchase.It's better to set up a board at front clearly mention that after purchase no exchange or refund because the guy who explained me wasn't clearly answering about their policy.I had a value for this brand but seriously if you've given this type of service. I can never imagine it's Nikes service totally upset.

Phenomenal associate named Adrian ✨✨ very great customer service skills + great seller. He showed every product they have promotions on. It really make a difference when someone shows an effort to give you their best knowledge advice. Thanks guys for your help!!!!!!

Purchased shoes here and was assisted by a lovely and helpful employee however this review is about a manager named David.The way he treated his employees in front of a customer is abhorrent. He was disrespectful and speaking down to his employees as we were standing there making a payment. It was akward and uncomfortable and I felt horrible for the employees who were being yelled at and treated like garbage. Please fire this manager David!!

Kenneth was the nicest and most patient person ever! My dad is extremely picky and tried on over 5 pairs of shoes. Kenneth was willing to grab any sizes and a true pleasure to encounter! Thank you!!!!
