Alberta arborists did a beautiful job trimming the tree at a reasonable price. The arborist who called to discuss the work was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up before he left. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend their services.

I had a bunch of trees to be pruned and yard cleaned up to make it presentable and they were the best and polite people I've had to deal with when they were done.the clean up was impeccable I will have them come and do all my tree work from now on. And very professional.

I recently had Alberta Arborists come and fertilize all 17 of my trees. I have to say the service technician took his time and did a very thorough job on every tree. The price of $200, to me, seemed high but after the time and effort the technician put in, it now seems very fair. This gentlemen knew what he was doing, took his time, and did a good job.My only criticism is that they must have quite a backlog of work because it did take several weeks for the job to be completed (around 9 weeks after the initial contract was signed). Hence only 4 stars, not 5. However, all that said, I will say it was worth the wait and I will get them back next year.Definitely worth it! I heartily recommend Alberta Arborists for tree fertilization.

These guys are very professional in the process to cut down my 25-30 feet aspen columnar trees. They were very clear in their quote as to what was to be done and how it was to be completed. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. They even gave us post care tips for our tree stumps! My neighbour was impressed too and now he’s thinking about cutting down one of his trees and using AA. thank you Alberta Arborist. I attached before and after pictures. They even left me small tree stumps so I can have firewood next year!!

A really disappointing experience. Last year I asked them to contact me before coming for a fertilization job as my yard is locked. They assured me twice they would and never did. I was told the job was complete with a note on my front door one day. When I called about possibly they could complete it without access, they said the tech jumped the fences. I was upset. You don’t know what’s on the other side of that and what you and your equipment (?!) you’re jumping with will be landing on.To address this, they offered a redo for free in the spring this year and guaranteed a call ahead to gain access. I got an email in April saying ‘dont worry we haven’t forgotten about you, we’re doing spring stuff in April/may’. I contact late May as I received an advertisement to sign up for services this spring yet still had not gotten my original completed. They told me they will get to it but could provide no eta. Still mid June there is nothing and no contact. I tell them I want to cancel and they say they will come end of June if I just wait longer but I said no thank you. They confirmed the cancellation.For some reason, the very end of June, someone comes to the house and does the front yard, leaving a note they couldn’t access the back due to the locks…..Clearly there is a huge struggle with organization, I’m really shocked they have 5 stars!!!

Well after waiting about 6 months they finally showed up. That’s probably the only negative part.The person who showed up was super courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the effects of what can and cannot be pruned.I figured they would just trim and it and leave. That’s was 2 hours ago. They trimmed the outside but also pruned what was overflowing on the inside. They were super efficient and you could tell that they worked on a very tight schedule. As soon as they were done, no time for chit chat and on to the next job. Before he started and during the process they told me exactly what was going on and what could be removed and should be removed and what could not be.I can’t believe they loaded the entire truck with just my trimmings alone and that was after it got mulched. There is no way a home owner could do what they did without all those fancy bucket lifts and extendable saws.I’ve included the before and after but the pictures don’t do justice to the amount of work they did. I definitely recommend them, but book early on.Nice job.

My mom has used them for tree pruning and fertilizing for years. They also did a tree removal close to her house, which was carried out safely and surprisingly quickly. Their experience and professionalism has not wavered over the years. They are the best Edmonton tree service in my humble opinion. I appreciate being able to trust these guys with my moms property.

The Alberta Arborists crew did a fantastic job! Work was performed exactly as requested and they even offered suggestions which enhanced the end result. They were very efficient, professional and we would definitely use them again in the future!

I am so impressed. Craig, Justin and Daryll removed 2 huge trees from very close to our and our neighbours home. They were so careful to not damage anything, and communicated so well to have the trees cut just the way we wanted. Would recommend this company 100%

Alberta Arborists is a top notch tree care company whose top priority is customer satisfaction that started from phone estimates consultation to actual tree removal. When I called this company about getting an estimate about removing a number of trees in my yard, my questions and concerns were handled with such great enthusiasm and professionalism. They were easy to talk to and very informative. I am very impressed with the way the job was done in my property. The tree removal crew arrived on time and finished the job on time. But before the actual removal of the trees, an arborist by the name of Justin came by early in the morning just to have a mental picture of the big job ahead of him. That’s what I call wonderful work ethic exhibited by a personnel who is going to do the job. That’s the way I like it! There were three guys that worked on my yard yesterday, May 27/21 and this crew members worked super hard. I watched them do the cutting, and I witnessed superb safety protocol exhibited and a love of their job manifested. Kudos to the people whom I talked to on the phone (Lia, Jamie and Michael) to make this experience something that I will always cherish. I will recommend Alberta Arborist to anyone who is looking into parting ways with their trees no matter how much they love their trees!
