Really reasonably priced, lovely staff! I had a clasp attached (soldered) on today for a necklace i've had or ages and they did a great job for only $35. Additionally, noting how much hair was tangled into the necklace, they cleaned it and polished it for free. Will 100% be returning. Was a gem to find a good local jewellery store!

I had a necklace in pawn here several years ago. They offered to clean it at a small cost. I renewed the ticket once as I did not have the money to buy it back at the time. They showed me the item during the renewal, cleaning looked lovely and they had mounted it on a nice piece of cardboard to prevent tangling.A year later when I returned to remove the item, I immediately noticed the necklace had at some point been removed from the cardboard and reattached. I immediately became concerned, as there would be no reason for this. I began questioning the representative about this, who became instantly uncomfortable. I asked for the manager, who acted extremely flustered after I stated it was obvious the necklace had been removed from its mounting while in their possession. They attempted to provide me with several excuses, none of which made sense. It was VERY clear the high grade diamond in the necklace had been switched for a lower grade one. They denied it and asked me to leave the store. I took the necklace to our family jeweller who informed me it was not the same diamond he had serviced for several years. Williams and Co. are absolutely dishonest and I am absolutely confident in saying they STOLE a family heirloom and threw me out of the store rather than answer for it. Do not trust them with anything valuable. The company protects their thieving staff.

I bought a gold twist chain and a unicorn pendant for my daughter’s tenth bday! She loved it! They were very nice and well priced! The staff was very helpful! It’s not the first time I’ve been there and it definitely won’t be the last! I recommend if your looking for something for anyone , you should look there first. You will definitely find something nice and priced within reason! I just wish they had a website so you could view online what products they have in the store.

I've been a customer for 5 years. My jewelry was in and out because of financial issues. After 2 years overdue I tried to reclaim my jewelries but not expecting of recovering 100% i just tried. But Sandra, traced the rings which is my favorite. I'm still thankful coz this establishment is very considerate at times like this. That's why the business remained standing for decades...
