Went to Mike Jackson service dept on a Saturday morning, after arriving from out of town I a had an urgent issue that need to be looked at Dave in the Service dept. said they were extremely busy and wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday. When I explained my situation and that I was from out of town he made time to evaluate my issue. Although they could not be able to fix it that day the fact that they were willing to look at it was very refreshing he could have said no others are already booked in our regular customers….. but he didn’t. We are planning on relocating to this are and I will not buy or deal with anyone else they have earned my business and loyalty.

Had issues with a dash warning light coming on for awhile now. Multiple other GM dealers said change out the fuel filter and your good to go. But the warning light would return.Luckily when I brought it to MJ GMC the service manager Glenn heard and understood my concerns and dug deeper. After the 3rd part change and alteration the problem with the fuel line is(fingers crossed) fixed.In the end, they had to keep my truck for a few days, to get to the bottom of it and order parts. Gave me a loaner while they did the warranty repair work. What a beauty that was. A 2023 Sierra Crew Cab. So smooth to drive. Now my wife wants one.They rushed to get the problem fixed and get me back on the road for summer vacation.Much appreciated.

Good morning so far my service experience has been great so far. Leo my service advisor has pointed out a coolant leak in the line. Last week when we had the great warm temperatures the air conditioner came on and it was cooling speradicly. I am happy that the manufacturer’s warranty is going to take care of these issues. I am scheduled to come back for this service issue next week along with the rear brake service and machining of the rear roader that had some uneven wear on the roader.
