Great customer service all the time. Hardeep always takes care of her customer and accommodates. I have gotten my hair cut, facial and eyes brows numerous time and every time had and amazing experience

Brazilian wax. Unclean room, double dipping, no baby powder, was a disgusting mess that night. Uneven strip left (not symmetrical), missed patches everywhere, stickiness, etc. The woman blew on me each time to cool down the wax. Very unsanitary. I've had waxing done in numerous countries and in numerous types of places, and this was the top three worst. I will not be back if I hadn't driven 30 minutes to get there, I probably wouldn't of stayed after seeing the state of the room, but I had figured that it must be a decent place because the reviews were fairly high on Groupon. Misleading.

Called and asked for a haircut appointment and they confirmed that the lady I wanted it with would be there. When I showed up, the lady I had an appointment with was not even there. Got my haircut from another person and she was rude and not addressing my concern with how no one told me that the lady I asked for was not available. They also change up their haircut prices without telling. I asked if getting hair washed would be extra and she did not say anything, then when paying she charges $10 extra for hair washing. Very upset.

Me and my dad got our haircut done by Bobby. We loved our haircuts, he was really nice and gave us exactly what we wanted. We’re very satisfied and would definitely recommend him and this establishment and would definitely come again!

I have been a regular customer for over 7 years . Worst service this time no respect for time . If you don’t have ppl to do the job be honest and tell it’s going to take more time . I called salon beforehand to confirm if we could come with 2 kids . I was asked to come a there was no rush . When we arrived there was one gentle man in the chair who was getting a beard trim . I waited for more than 25 mins at this place . I even said I will come back later . They forced me to stay and kept me waiting . Will never return. Change your employees mindset or you will not have customers to serve .

Manpreet did a wonderful job on my haircut and gave me advice on what would work best for me. Very professional. I waited for a few days to leave my review as sometimes my cut doesn't look good after I washed and styled on my own, but my cut was still easy to manage, straight or curly.

Worst place ever to use they do not clean their equipments before using on other customer the equipments are not serviced timely. I had a haircut and beard trim I got a scar on my face and got infection on the neck tried to talk to the owner she asked me to use cream on both of them. I asked her to take the responsibility of both the things and email me that she is gonna take care of it she is not replying my calls or messages.

I have been here few times. some staffs really know what they are doing but sometimes few of them totally they try their luck on your head. make sure you have an experienced person to cut and I would recommend booking same person is worth than someone doing their trial cut

Went for a Brazilian Wax a few days ago. The technician tore off a 2.5 by 1.5" piece of my skin. In a lot of pain. Not worth the cheap Groupon price. I don't think any of them that do the waxing ever went to Esthetician school and learned how to properly do a Brazilian Wax. Never again! Not sure how long this is going to take to heal. Never have I ever had anyone tear my skin like this before. Also missed lots of hair that I had to come home and take off myself."
