Poor experience. A waste of $300.00. She was perfect for my case but suddenly after being so positive in the consult she made a bizzarre suggestion on what I should do, packed up her things and left the room. She suggested I call my former lawyer I had just fired and see if he would take me back. So when I got home I did just that. He wanted a $20,000.00 retainer up front. I am disabled and my divorce has been going on for 9 yearsI have not worked, get no spousal and Amanda was aware. I had money for her. I begged her to take my case but it is complex and I feel she just could not be bothered. She also said it would be time consuming. If that is the case why are you still doing consults for more clients. But as a professional in any field would you not want the challenge and prove how good you are. I felt confident she would get what I was entitled to. I really deserved my money back but I really wanted her to take my case so I did not mention that I could not believe she wasted my time and took my money when I have no idea why she would not take my case.I cannot do stairs and to get to her office their is a very steep set to go up.On the way back down I twisted my ankle after missing a step and was in severe pain. I phoned her office twice and left an email regarding the incident but no one ever responded to ask how I was. Amanda if you took my case and got all this over with I could go ahead with my 6 surgeriees I am waiting for. Please reconsider. I like your relentless no BS bedside manner and that is what I need.I would still take her as my lawyer because she is rithless, just what I needAre you interested in taking my case Ms. Smith. I dont care anout her bedside manner , I care about her ruthless personality in mediation, arbitration or court.
