Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has been my goto for car rentals over 20 years now. Customer service is professional and upgrading to bigger vehicle is easy. I recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car.

Not very customer service oriented. If you need a ride the young man in charge makes you feel like it's a big inconvenience. Not at all like enterprise used to be. I've used the same location for over 20 years. The smokey point location has great customer service

Enterprise Marysville is a small operation and their branch manager Cristine tries to ensure they promote good customer service. This week I was not able to get a pick up because of low staffing which was disappointing because Enterprise picks you up. When I dropped off my car she did two things that I felt renewed my confidence in Enterprise. Without asking she asked if I needed to be dropped off somewhere and second to make up for the pickup issue she offered a free upgrade on my next rental. I really appreciated both those things and plan to continue renting from Enterprise in Marysville. The vehicle I rented was clean, nice color, and did all the things I needed it for. I would have given Enterprise 5 stars but when I initially tried to book the rental the website kept failing and kicking me out, so I decided to wait until the next day. That issue cost me $100 because next day the same rental cost about $100 more. That was messed up. It was an Enterprise corporate issue and not an issue caused by Enterprise of Marysville.

Good place to rent a car the prices are good the people are good the cars are good I rented from them twice I'm getting ready to rent one more car from them for the third time my first and second time of renting a car from him they was excellent people to rent two cars from but I only rent the cars cuz I only need to use it for me to get someplace and get back and be safe with no breakdown their cards are worth renting I am a very very happy customer Enterprise Rent-A-Car so if anybody ask me where to go rent a car the best place I would tell them flat-out Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Marysville Washington thank you guys have a great day God bless you all

From start to finish, my experience (as is always is when I have used Enterprise) was stellar! Booked my car online the night before. Went in the next morning and the car was available. As an afterthought, I decided to upgrade to an SUV and no hesitation whatsoever jumping in and making that happen. They even offered to help me get the car returned and back to my car (which happened to be 80 miles rt out of their way) if I needed the help. As it turned out I did not, but what service. Shawn, Andrew and George we are great, and I felt went the extra mile for me the entire time! This is what keeps me coming back time after time, whether it is renting due to car issues, or renting when in Maui! Had rented via Costco account for a 7-seater van. Relatives visited so needed a hauler to show them around. Van was unavailable but they upgraded to an SUV. Unfortunately, the car has to be driven from their Mt. Vernon location to Marysville. My 12:00 noon rental was an hour late, and would have given them a rating of 5 if not for this. Staff were nice and respectful and also provided me a rebate when I returned the rental early.

Good pricing, we reserved before all the openings. Got a price unbeatable…Ford Fusion has all the new car gadgets, hybrid, so fuel efficient, so quiet. The only thing I have complaints about the car, is the back seat window. We have 3 adults in the car. I am the one sitting in the back. Can’t control the windows….not enough storage areas for the back seat passengers.Another concern about the rental place…. I don’t really think they sanitize the car when we got it….

Insurance company paid for a rental while my accident was being settled. I dealt with three different people in the course of the two weeks and they were all great. I especially loved meeting and speaking with the man from Micronesia. Super personable!Highly recommend this branch.
