Normally go to the Brantford location, but I've been here several times. The place is kept very clean and the manager, Lucy, was very helpful. Place is never crowded.

This is the worst place and gym I have ever dealt with. If you take a subscription, then you do not have the right to cancel it, only after the expiration of the year, and even if you have moved less than 40 km from the fitness center, then these are your problems how to get there and from there. There is also no communication from the staff, you can never get through on the phone or wait a week for an answer

I've joined over 10 gyms over many years because of moving and this is by far the worst gym I've ever joined. Overcharging and then auto renewing my gym membership. I had to pay over 2 years of monthly payment without having access to gym. Over 2 years of payments because they auto renewed and refuse to cancel any further charges until I pay off previous outstanding balance which was thousands because it was $100/month plus more. I regretted joining this gym and will spread as much awareness I can so nobody has to suffer because of this gym like I did.

I transferred from a different AF because of this location. Elyra is always so welcoming, and keeps the gym so clean and comfortable. Plus all the windows are so nice, making the gym so bright!

Great staff and gym-goers. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the place is falling into disrepair. Multiple washrooms are always out of order and lights are burnt out everywhere. The overhead lights in the studio haven't worked at all this year. This is not acceptable for a gym that charges premium ($60/month) fees.

Iv been at this location for about 2 years now, It's a good gym for low traffic. The coaches are always welcoming and happy to help.

Excellent gym! Not a busy location so I'm able to get my workout in without having to wait for equipment. Lucy was so friendly and super helpful, she even took the time to show me how to use some of the machines.
