Simply the best - better than all the rest - these lines could be the theme song for B&K Galleries.I comparison shopped before deciding to work with Patrick and Lina .My wants and needs were listened to - my budget was just about bang on - suggestions and alternate solutions were offered.Patrick kept me in the loop at all times and did his utmost to accommodate my perception of how my 2 powder rooms and main bathroom would appear when all was said and done.Bravo!Many thanks to the skilled individuals - Wes the Wonderful, Peter1 and Peter2, Frank - and anyone else I may have missed - they turned the plans into reality.I Absolutely 100% satisfied.

I have used Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries a few times. Updated my powder room and had them place stone tile on my fireplace wall. I was always happy.Time came for a complete redo of the kitchen. This was the first and only place I went too without any hesitation.Nadia designed the most beautiful kitchen I could ever imagine and patiently helped me choose everything for it, right down to the kitchen handles.The installation team were flawless. They took their time to touch up little extra things for me. Wes, Sebastian and Tony I thank you so very much for putting together my dream kitchen.Next on my list is the Master Ensuite. Need to save up some money to get that going.If you want an honest, hardworking, dedicated, trusting and reliable company for any reno's, hands down Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries.

Nadia was very kind and helpful to us. She gave us what are actually one of the best prices from everywhere that we looked for bathroom sinks. They have a lot of stock and her professional opinion as a kitchen designer helped us a lot. Definitely recommend for shopping or even only for a place that you can get a good advice.

Nadia was amazing! She was so patient and kind. We came in with a vague idea of what we wanted to do for our bathroom, and she took the time to listen to our ideas and recommend options. Once she understood the look we were going for, it was like she was reading my mind! Honestly, she was showing me pieces that completely matched my vision. In the end, we basically bought our entire bathroom from them. AND it all came in about a week! Seriously could not have asked for a better experience.

Worked with Nadia. She tooks her time with us and showed us all the options they have for a complete bathroom renovation. She was so amazing and we felt in control the whole time yet gained so much from her expertise. Although it took a while to get parts and schedule the work due to ( Covid-19) impact, once started the project went very smoothly finished on time and on budget. The contractor worked very hard and worked with us througout the renovation to make sure things were done to our satisfaction. Would highly recommened this particular location for Bathroom and Kitchen galleries.

Kitchen RedoWe hired this company since we had them do our bathroom three years earlier. Judging on our past experience with getting a quote, timeline, and workmanship we definitely hired them again. We had worked a bit with Lina before and Jonathan was new to us, but they helped incredibly with our choices and the building of the pantry side since there were some unique angles and spaces in this older home, we needed some professional help here. We also knew the installer Wes and Sebastian since Wes did our bathroom to make it more accessible for myself and with that we knew how the work would be done, always asking questions about a unique situation and there were many in this kitchen and it did not phase him or Sebastian. Also the electrician Anatoly also showed what kind of work he does and for the kitchen did a remarkable job with no disturbances to the rest of the house. With any large renovation there is always some mysteries when you tear down a wall and this time everyone's adlibbing and creativeness created extra space on the unique pantry side, creating more floor space and a new cubby hole behind the pantry with the door in the stairwell to the basement. Lots of extra storage space that is easier to access. BONUS. Wes and Sebastian then cleaned up that stairwell creating more headroom to the utility basement. At the end of the project every where was cleaned inside and out where they worked. We are very happy with the entire process. Thanks to the entire team. We are very happy.

We had a great experience with Patrick at the Mississauga location.He was very professional and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. The prices were competitive and the quality of product is very good. Their personable approach made the experience much better than one you can find at a bigger chain store. My husband will definitely be going back to Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries for any future renovations.

Patrick and Jacinta are great to work with. I was getting ready to list my house and didn't want to buy junk and they really went the extra mile or 2 to help me with finishes and, even better, they have their own contractors that will haul the old crud away and install the new stuff. A few hiccups which should be expected. I'd give them 5 stars if they did the following, 1) don't answer the phone while a human being is standing in front of them -- poor management style, and 2) when I had a few tiny issues, they took a very long time to fix them. I was hoping to be ready to list by Labour Day and the amount of time and money I ended up spending actually worked in my favour when I listed in January (2014). I tripled my remodelling investment and can certainly say that Patrick and Jacinta were instrumental in that. It's well worth the extra money you'd spend over at one of the big box stores that sell junk.

About 80% of this experience was terrible. Our initial visit was great and we were excited. After that, it was delay after delay, after more delays along with poor and/or incorrect communication. The contractor was completely unaware of many items discussed with the salesperson.Fortunately, the contractor did a fantastic job and was amazing to work with.I would never ever consider dealing with this company again.
