I have been coming to Car House for years for all of my car needs (oil changes, tires, brakes etc.). James, Helen, Brenda and the whole team are always very professional, honest, reliable, and make you feel welcome every time you visit.I was recently rear-ended, causing front and rear damage, and insurance wanted me to use their affiliated auto repair shop. I insisted on Car House because I wanted to make sure the work was done to a high quality. A short turn-around later, and the front and rear bumpers and tailgate are looking and working perfectly again. They are the best around, I can't recommend Car House enough!

She will be the person you talk to regarding booking an appointment. James, the owner, patient and understanding. He will be the one to talk to if you have any concerns. Car House recently helped my brother select brand new winter rims and tires for his new car. The package looks very nice. Great shop and quick service! We realized many of our friends having been using them. We often bump into people we know here. I highly recommend this place!

These guys are life savers! Normally come here for our oil changes and they were always great. Just a few days ago we were on our way to Ottawa for the long weekend and our car started shaking like it might stall. Needless to say, we were not going to make it 500km with the car like that. Called them up and they were able to squeeze us in for a look and helped diagnose the issue, replace a defective part and did a road test with us to make sure everything was good and had us on our way quickly. James, Helen, Brenda and team can always be counted on - thanks for saving Canada Day long weekend!

I think one of the most difficult things in life is finding a mechanic you can actually trust. A family member recommended Car House Auto last year and now I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are very honest, have extremely fair prices and do exceptional work. You will never get talked into anything you don't need. They really know their suff. I dented my car pretty badly recently and didn't even know they do body work too. I brought it in and James, Brenda and the crew took care of the rest. It could not have gone any better and it feels like I have a brand new car. It was my first accident and they made this stressful situation as tolerable as possible. I can't thank them enough.

Just got new rims and tires for my Tesla Y with Brenda. The Car House team was great to work with! It was my first time here and it was a breeze. Very friendly and honest. Would highly recommend them!!

I went this auto body shop previously for oil changes or minor repairs, however the recent visit prompted this review.My car got in an accident last month so I called in to get a quote for the repairs. The front bumper was pushed in from the side, fender was bended, hooks and latches were broken upon impact, plus other internal damages. Long story short, I ended up making an insurance claim. It was a stressful process with a few parties involved, but James and his team were professional and efficient. Brenda was always willing to answer questions and provide updates.I am extremely happy with the services and the end result. They are transparent, honest, patient, and they have customer's best interests at heart. These qualities are hard to find nowadays. Thank you James, Brenda and everyone works behind the scenes!
