Very Rude guy at the 3rd cash today. He was bossing the customers around in the line while allowing a woman to cut the line while we stood their waiting. Secondly he has no manners whatsoever. This shoppers drug Mart suddenly changed their return policy and is blaming it on Covid 19, I got the wrong ear phones, one is in the package never touched, the package is slightly broken and they refused to do an exchange, I called the store before going their and was told to bring the earphones back. He is telling me that he can't put the returned item back on the shelf because the package was slightly broken and it's Covid19. I knew I got the wrong ear phones after I opened the first package. My son had slightly broken the second one when I told him to stop it doesn't have a mic. Secondly shoppers drug Mart used their sticker to cover the diagram on the ear phones. I asked the cashier if it had a mic she said she didn't know. Now I paid 17.99each plus taxfor earphonesthat we won't use. I should have gone to The Source or Walmart. Very disappointed. I will never set foot in any shoppers drug Mart in this country as long as I live. Mind you the same earphones are at Best Buy for 14.99. SMH. Such a rip off. Way over Priced.
