Summit Team Building

Granted that I've only ever had one opportunity to participate in a Summit team building activity and it was online, which is greatly limiting, but the hour-long event they hosted was the most unpleasant team building activity I have EVER experienced! The facilitator wanted to have us wave our arms on screen like a group of first graders. I don't remember ever feeling so insulted! I'm sure the people here know their stuff, but speaking for myself, I absolutely hated the event they hosted.

We used Summit Team Building for one of our corporate events and it couldn't have been better. It was engaging and definitely one of the highlights of our event. We did the 'Put Your Chef Hat On' exercise and we had a ton of fun participating in all the activities. I really feel like we bonded as a group and demonstrated how well we are able to work together. I have to give a shout out to Claudia and her team, they were extremely outgoing, helpful, and really connected with the group. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to bring their group together and have a great time while doing so. I only have positive things to say about Summit.Thanks again!

The Summit Team did an exceptional job at Sobeys' September meeting at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Sobeys' mission is to be the champions of the better food movement and help Canadians eat better, feel better, and do better. The Chef's Hat program offered by the Summit Team was well aligned with our company mission, and was very well executed. The Summit Team staff were a pleasure to work with, and our team had a great time! I would definitely recommend them for a fun team building event. A big thank you to Claudia, Mary and her team!

We had Summit Team Building host our Sterling Honda Ice Cream Challenge" at Trius Winery recently. Claudia and her team were awesome!!! We had a great time and received lots of positive feedback from our staff. Coming up with ideas for staff functions can be a challenge sometimes but Claudia helped us create a theme that was fun

Rachel and her team did a fantastic job at keeping our Marketing group engaged and interested through the course of our activity! The challenges were super fun and everyone had a lot of great laughs. Summit certainly did a great job of bringing our team closer together. I have received so much positive feedback from the group. We will definitely be using Summit again.

We had the pleasure of having the Summit team lead a team building session at our annual corporate offsite. Since the start of pandemic, our team has been working virtually and has added many new team members, and this year’s offsite was one of the few times our whole team had been together in person.With this context the Summit team recommended the ‘Survive or Thrive’ program, and as promised, it was an energetic, competitive, and insightful team experience that helped our team identify the key skills that are needed to make thriving a reality, and went a long way to help build stronger team comradery and morale.

Summit Team building was such a great hit with our group. We all participated in the Chef's Hat and everyone had an amazing time! The facilitator and her team were top notch and very well organized. They had everyone engaged and participating!We will definitely book with Summit again!

Summit Team Building facilitated Building Bridges and Polarity Management with 80 of our leaders.
