Express Glass

I contacted Express Glass about installing a shower enclosure in a small bathroom - typical of houses in downtown Toronto with the toilet located 6 inches from the tub. I wasn't sure if a glass door was possible but Amit suggested a fixed panel plus a door and it worked perfectly. The other challenge in our old house is that the walls aren't exactly straight - however they measured very carefully and cut the glass to accommodate the difference in the wall from the base to the top. Communication was great, the installation was meticulous - they covered the floor in the entry with a tarp and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend Express Glass without reservation.

We are renovating our house, and had a number of glass needs, including back-painted glass in the kitchen, glass shower partition and glass railing. Initial contact when we visited Express Glass and arranged for the estimate all was excellent. Then, when we wanted to proceed they booked a day to make final measurements - never showed. We called back and they rebooked for 3 days later, and never showed. We followed up and kept getting the run-around. Finally, after 3 three weeks of this, they sent a terse email stating they can't / won't do the project. When we called to get an understanding why, the owner hung up on us, Talk about very bad customer service! - as their continued delay tactics put our project 3 weeks back.

Emailed them with all the details for a quote , followed up 3 times with Ken on the phone and more via email but no response. They keep saying they'll call back but never do. Can't imagine how bad the rest of the service will be. NOT RECOMMENDED

Hired Express Glass to supply and install shower glass for newly renovated master bathroom shower based on the recommendation of a friend. Price was very good, quality seems excellent, and installation went off without any issues. Looks great!He came when he said he would. glass was ready according to the schedule he promised, and the one time he was going to be a few minutes late, he was professional and called to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late. Can't ask for better service than that! I would recommend them without hesitation.

Contacted Express Glass for our renovated stairs. Prompt response and Ken went through explaining in detail installation process. From first contact until the end of the installation of glass railings have been impressed with their work. Will recommend to everyone.

beware with this company , very hard to deal with them, Ken not professional at all, they wont get the work done properly, uneven installation, missing screws, they said they will fix it but we called them so many times but no reply, don't waste your money, it's very stressful dealing with these guys

We hired Express Glass for the showers and the railings in our new home in North York early in 2015. Our first contact was Ben in the office,who was so helpful and very kind. Then we met Gani, the owner, and his sons, who worked very hard to complete the project on time as we had the open house fast approaching. Their price was very competitive and they were so easy to work with.I just hired Express Glass again for my next project. and I would most definitely recommend them.
