Fantastic group! I went to the store and all the staff was super professional. They were all very knowledgeable and a special thanks to Carmen. She was very proactive, went above and beyond the help us find the right plans and devices. We are really happy on how we were supported there. Everyone deserves a big congrats. Very rare these days to see such good service and team spirit like that. Thank you.

Went in-store to upgrade my phone. So glad I chose to do that. It was an extra $50 rather than upgrading online but was absolutely worth it. Cole was able to apply some promotions that I otherwise would not have known about. Highly recommended anyone looking to upgrade to go see Cole. Courteous, attentive and quick service.

Bad experience working with them their staff are so rude and not welcoming at all definitely won't work with them again

Worst service ever! The store manager Douglas refused to help to correct the mistake that the Fido store made (Fido asked him to help out) as I forgot to bring a physical ID and said they don’t accept picture photo ID only physical ID, even the Fido store checked my ID a few times already (it was a mistake Fido staff made and we have been dealing with them back and force and went to the store several times and never was resolved and each time they had to check ID), this was the only time I forgot to bring the physical ID and was treated disrespectfully and felt threatened and insulting the way Douglas was communicating to me. This is ridiculous and never heard of! Will never go to this store again!

Worst customer service!!!! Koey Wang was hanging out with her boyfriend and didn't even want to help us! Made such a huge issue on a minor wear and tear on the phone when she kept digging into the screen with her nails and using a dirty cloth to keep scratching the screen. She stormed off halfway in helping us. And started helping another customer.You can tell a lot from the pictures.Alex was awesome in helping us figure out everything out.

Douglas the store manager was very helpful. I visited the store to casually shop for a better phone plan than Telus offered me, and was impressed enough to change on the spot.

Kevin is one of the best customer service rep yet. Not only did he provide me with a huge discount on my phone + plan, he also gave me a plushie for my daughter. This guy goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy. 10/10 if possible. Definitely recommended. I would suggest everyone to come find Kevin here.

Never go to this shop, never choose Rogers. They are the worst customer service in telecommunications.
