Chrome Pole Dance Studio
I had a great time doing some introductory classes with Jordan. She knew I was eager to get a tough workout and she made and extra effort to get the class working hard. She is quite good at making the classes work for everyone regardless of experience. This is a cool way to exercise and build strength (and confidence). I am looking forward to joining a class again soon :)

Chrome Pole Dance Studio
I tried pole dancing at Chrome with my sister and I was super nervous going into it - totally out of my comfort zone - but from the very moment Jordan greeted us to the very end there was nothing but encouragment and fun vibes! I didn't feel self conscious or uncomfortable at any moment which is very unusual for me!! Jordan is an amazing instructor who is super talented and awesome at making you feel confident and comfortable. I left feeling so empowered!! Couldn't say enough good things, can't wait to go again! :)

Chrome Pole Dance Studio
I've been coming here since August and I've had a lot of fun. I like the downtown location a lot, and prices are cheap compared to other fitness type classes with only a few students. There are both spinning and static poles. Jordan does a great job accommodating newbies with more advanced students in the same class and she explains things clearly. She's good with dealing with clients too - there was one time she was very late due to traffic and made sure we all were accommodated in the upcoming week, and she is prompt to respond to messages. I've really enjoyed my classes with Jordan and learning a new activity.

I finally found my fit! Pole fitness has everything I want in one work out and so much more. Strength, flexibility, mental focus, and down right sass. The instructors are amazing. The environment is social and fun. So, ditch the gym and the crazy all over the place class schedules. You will find more then just results here. You will discover a whole new you!

This place is well-situated in the heart of Guelph, downtown. Spacious and bright, the studio brings vitality to the sport. Jordan is a directive and motivating instructor. I’ve learned form, posture, and cool tricks on the pole. There is also a focus on improving and maintaining flexibility with stretches, and fitness. It’s a great place to meet people and have fun!

Cute studio with great instructors. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and body positive! The class sizes are good and the class lengths aren’t exhausting, and you are welcome to adjust to your abilities in class without judgement. I always have so much fun when I’m there. Studio is bright, clean and well-kept with access to sanitizing equipment at all times (even pre-pandemic).

This is a great location, right in the heart of downtown Guelph. The studio is decently large, and the instructors are great. Alyssa is great with the stretching/yoga/fitness classes, Brittany has helped me majorly improve my core strength, and Jordan is always learning and teaching us cool new moves.I especially like how the scheduling and website is formatted, so you can easily choose which classes fit your schedule weekly.

I tried the 30 minute into to pole dancing and woah was it ever amazing. Jordan made me feel really comfortable and excited to continue on with more classes! She was a really encouraging person to be around and helped boost my confidence. I would highly recommend Chrome Pole Dancing to anyone. It was an amazing work out, my arms feel dead but a good dead! Hanging onto my steering wheel at 4:30 this morning was a bit of a challenge;) but that won't stop me from going back

This is such an amazing experience! The instructors are always knowledgeable, patient, welcoming, flexible and professional. They are mindful of any injuries you may have and never make it uncomfortable or awkward when modifying moves for each individual. I've taken over 10 classes and every time it gets better and more fun. It's a lighthearted atmosphere but I still feel like I've gotten a fantastic workout. The online booking system is wonderful and unlimited passes are well worth the value. I actually can't think of one negative thing to say about this studio and the instructors. I LOVE CHROME!

Fantastic studio, great location and amazing teacher.Jordan is an incredibly talented and considerate teacher. She always makes you feel welcome and encourages you in the right ways. The studio is beautiful and is perfectly equipped for pole classes. I have learned so much over the past few months and enjoyed every single second of it. I strongly recommend checking out Pole Fitness Guelph, I sceptically tried one trial class last winter, and I've been absolutely hooked ever since.
