Praise is used frequently in the classroom. Specifically, there were two incidents that stood out to me. While students worked on a project they were given praise on how good their behavior was, comments on specific things about their project, and on how well their work ethic was to complete the task. The two teachers would interact with the students while they were working and took time to reach each student and give them praise. The second was during center time. One of the teachers came over and commented on how nicely the girls were playing together and she then asked them what they were play. The told her that they were face painters, so she continued the conversation and asked them what was painted on their faces. She then commented on how beautiful the butterfly was and asked if she could be next. The praise that I witnessed was effective as it was always given right away, they established eye contact, they got their attention, and it was not overused. Praise comes in many different ways …When they are going to get ready for lunch, the teachers have everyone clean up what they are working on, then pick a book to explore and find the weeks sight words in the text of the book. Students get plenty of time to clean up and they do not feel rushed. They are given a time warning that they will be cleaning up in five minutes. When they come back from lunch and are preparing for recess, a similar transition is used.

Best school i have been too, amazing staff and principals. Its such and amazing environment for me and they take their own individual time to get to know me and my needs, i am on the spectrum and i have anger management problems and they know how to make sure im safe while still keeping me calm. They actually care about students mental health here unlike some other schools in the area. wonderful people, wonderful environment.

i'm that one guy who came for about 1/2 days. amazing 69/10

It didn't have free Pringles. I'm highly disappointed.
