I owned a rental with 3 units for approximately one year, during that time Greg worked as the landlord for the property. He was in constant contact with the tenants, ensuring all their needs and concerns were met. He stayed on top of upkeep, updating the units in between tenants when necessary. In future rentals I obtain, I will be looking to Greg to manage as his vast knowledge in property management is a great asset to have.

Greg has been our landlord for almost a year now he's a great person to work with an easy to talk to. The house we rent from him is perfect for our 3 person family and its a well maintained house.We haven't had any issues with the house or renting from Greg.He's told me If I ever had a problem with any maintenance, that he would make sure it’s fixed right away.Greg even let us put up a fence in to keep our dog in the back yard. I highly recommend renting from Greg ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+
