I should have listened to the reviews. The réception staff are actually nice but the doctors and the head nurse are awful. She should be fired for how she treats people. Rude and dismissive. The nurses there are clearly overworked and depressed. Really, don't go here.

I was referred after a regular eye exam, but I didn't really know why I was there. The doctor I saw said that is pretty common. I mention this because I paid $160 for a test that was not necessary. The tech asks you if you want the test and I just assumed it was needed for the reason I was referred, but in the end, it had nothing to do with why I was there. So my advice is to ask questions! It really sucks to feel like you've been cheated. Otherwise, the service was adequate.

I was referred by my optometrist to get my eyes checked here. Before even getting there, I loved how I got a confirmation email and phone call both stating that my appointment might take between 2 to 3 hours.For some this may seem minor but to me, knowing ahead of time how long an appointment will take is a big plus (unlike going to the hospital). It ended up taking me 2 hours and quite frankly, with the amount of staff at hand, it went by fast! Everyone was quick and efficient.

We saw Dr. Nguyen for consultation cataract surgery and waiting for appointment, she prescribed antibiotics to us said someone will call give us appointment. Over 7 months no one calls us for appointment! Left several messages to Dr.Nguyen suppose to have an appointment on April for cataract surgery till now still waiting!

I was referred to this clinic by my optometrist. First seen by Dr. Kavalec, then Dr. Kapusta. I found them both to be excellent specialists, but not necessarily warm and fuzzy. However, I was looking for professionalism, not friendship! In any case, I am very impressed by all the services offered under one roof.
