They are a good expedite carrier based out of Leamington On. Close to the border of Detroit. Very great service and very dependable. Kept constant channel of communication when doing my shipment.

Travelling between Chatham and London this morning we were going 115 passing a transport the driver in your van pulled up behind us and started flashing his lights for us to pull over. Not appreciated at all!!

I had a family member working at this transport company and all he ever did was complain about the lack of work he is receiving. They do not have any loads, will send you to a location with a drop off but rarely find you return load. They expect you to go to Chattanooga from Windsor for around 700 dollars and then expect you to stay the night and don't cover layover. This company has a very hard time finding return loads for whichever area they assigned there driving too. Places like the Greater Toronto Area, Detroit and even Ohio, they would have u waiting out there for so many hours till many hours go by and there still no sign of a return load. They even threatened to call the cops if he didn't return the plates the same day as he got released because his phone was going in and out of service that day and he could not keep communication.

The drivers of your vehicles #116 & #132 are very unprofessional and constantly use our public street parking as if it was their own parking lot.Today, on April 24th 2020, even though they were able to comfortably park their vehicles close together, decided it was OK to go ahead and move their vehicles farther apart and take up approx 6 - 10 parking spaces. The parking on our street is very limited and in times like these we need to be able to access the available space and park close to home. Our entryway surveillance camera clearly shows them parked and then moving their vehicles apart to take up an unnecessary amount of space.When approached about it, the guy proceeded to yell and act as if we were in the wrong for questioning them about why they required so much room to park.
