I did four wisdom teeth removal with iv sedation in January 2021. Staff was helpful. The whole procedure (as far as I know of) were smooth and great. It did swell and was painful in the first few days after the procedure, but I think it is normal. Nurses called and checked on the healing process from time to time. They were very nice and willing to answer all questions I have.

Dr. Duviner did a great job in extracting my wisdom teeth. He is very thoroughly and genuinely cares about your well being after the surgery. I really like his logical sense and wish everybody had this sense of customer service. Its also a great clinic and i had a very comfortable experience

I had 3:30pm appointment and arrived the clinic 10 minutes earlier. It’s winter weather and they kept you waiting outside without any further notification until someone else came in. Even after you got in at waiting room, no one comes to tell you why you need more wait even it’s 4pm already. When I asked the receptionist, she was really rude and said there’s no room inside. As a patient, all you need is a welcome caregiver to help you, not a cold shoulder treatment.

Good doctors but awful experience of communication with secretaries. Secretaries don't listen to you, don't read e-mails and only repeat the same 1-2 phrase as a robot, did not call back after our calls. We had a family member not only with dental problem, but with medical condition as well. It took us 4 working days with 2-5 calls a day and 3 e-mails to push secretaries to show medical documents to the doctor and schedule the urgent surgery .

I got my 4 wisdom teeth removal under IV sedation before Christmas Day. It was really smooth experience, the surgery went well and super fast. The pain and swelling was so little. I was able to eat gently in the second day. Sutures placed nicely.Dr. Farber and his team - Maria & Jay did an amazing job. My surgery was done in 50mins . Nurses are careful and responsible for taking care of me before and after the surgery. They gave me a call after 5 days of surgery to follow-up. Admin staffs are really organized and professional. Dr.Farber is wellknown as an expertise in oral surgery. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.Thank you so much for doing really great job. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

BIG Thanks to all the staffs and special thanks to Dr. Cem Sener. It was my absolute joy and pleasure to work with him along with Gifitii, Jessica, Sadeea, Kyle & Freida. I have been a nurse over ten years working all the floors in the hospitals in Toronto.It is very rare to meet a doctor who has good knowledge, skills, humble attitude toward staffs. Dr. Sener is definitely a positive force in this universe as he delivers his excellent care with difficult extractions, bone grafts, sinus lift, implants, TMJ issues, night guards & etc.My brother loves his night guards. They are not cheap but so comfortable for him to wear every day as it was adjusted/fitted by Dr. Sener.Hope this review helps.

Very kind staff. Everyone put me at ease and the care by both Dr. Duviner and the nurses was exceptional. I even got a follow up phone call from a nurse the day after my tooth extraction to check up on me. My one issue is that pre-surgical instructions for people having general anesthetic said that you could take your oral medication if required with a small sip of water before the surgery. It did not say that this MUST happen at least 2 hours before the surgery. It meant that my tooth extraction was postponed for an hour.
