My visit was great. The clerk was very professional and respectful and she was pretty too.

Selection was decent, staff wasn't very kind with regards to my medical condition. I have a mask exemption due to asthma, and I still try my best to wear it when I can, but on days when it's humid, it becomes very difficult to wear it, so I wore it slightly below my nose for some relief. The lady at the cash asked me if I could pull it up, but I declined due to my medical condition, she told it's their policy.This location doesn't honour serving those with medical conditions, and they're not polite about it. There is another location closer to my home address that honours my exemption and is polite. I will not be returning to this location.Often businesses and people alike do not accept medical conditions because they feel that we are putting others lives in jeopardy, but it's not fair that the health of others trumps my health and my right to breath. Please be more respectful to people, as you don't know what it's like or how they suffer. Be kind, and don't treat me and people like me like that. Very disappointed.

A large store with a great selection of product. Much larger than the LCBO right beside St Lawrence Market. So if you're looking for more variety this is the place to visit.

Nice selection of Canadian Craft Beers.

Rude employees and the security guard followed me to the cash and watched my entire transaction which made me extremely uneasy. It's no wonder the store was practically empty. I will be sure to take my business to the lcbo at 87 front street next time. The customer service and atmosphere at that location is leaps and bounds ahead of this one. Do better.

Welcoming staff, good selections of liquors and tall cans.

Very angry and rude staff!! Even the manger James! Notice the price tag and the price they charge you! They steal from people I had 8 occasions the drink I get charged by $1 and when I ask mmh money back they say oh we can’t just do it now come back next business day! And the line up is huge already so you have no choice but to accept but this is outrages they do this every time and every time they keep saying oh we haven’t had time to update the price! (Even after 8 weeks ?!!)

Very Rude staff ,they dont know how to behave with senior citizens,Managers also rude ,only security guards help us ,lcbo cashier and manger very rude ,i never go there again

Great selection of unique local made items. But there is no bike parking close. I'd recommend this gin! So good and I've only ever seen it at this lcbo.

Be prepared for long lines and cashiers with attitude. Customer service is a foreign concept to these people.Not a great selection. Also, they have a cashier named Cathy who blocks the area where you normally unload your basket and makes you put every single item through the plexiglass hole...not customer friendly at all. She's the only one who consistently does it too!
