I have been having a great experience with Primecorp Property Management. I was looking for a new place to live on short notice and they came through for me in being prompt in their replies and having several different apartments throughout the city to choose from which are well maintained and affordable. Communicating with Alanna and Jennifer has always been quick, courteous and informative. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new place to call home in the Ottawa area.

We have just recently gone through the experience of renting a newly built apartment at 280 Crichton St in Ottawa. The property manager Jennifer Davies, is without a doubt the a true professional, she guided us through the process and delivered on all promises that were made and was very helpful at getting us moved in on time! Would highly recommend Jennifer as well as Primecorp

Jennifer and Amanda were extremely professional throughout my renting experience. They replied immediately to my emails or calls, walked me through any issues I had and showed proficiency in their work. When it came time for a move they found my family another beautiful property and again were always eager to help. In my opinion their customer service was exemplary in the property management field.

June of last year my Landlord of 15 years decided to sell our place. Being a Single Mom of 3 teenager, I started pounding the pavement looking for a new home. I looked at over 45 places and came a cross PrimeCorp Rental in an ideal neighborhood. My youngest son and I made an appointment and met a Wonderful Lady by the name of Ms Davies. She gave us a tour of a three bedroom unit. We fell in love and wanted to sign right away. She was so positive and warm welcoming. I decided to chance my luck... an we got it. We then found out we could get a Four bedroom. Well the emotions that we felt to Ms Davies. We got our keys and we did yet another tour, Ms Davies was caught up in our emotions on this new chapter.6 weeks after I moved in I slipped and fell, I pulled my hamstring. And with me being the only income on a hourly pay, well... Ms Davies reached out to me and told me everything was going to be ok. I can help she said, giving guidance on where to turn for help. It was a Christmas miracle, she gave me the tools and links on where to seek help. Because of her help we (myself & my kids) call her our Angel.Anytime I have called she has always been there, she knows every tenant and what they do, she knows myself and my three kids, she always warm welcoming when we see her. The four of us just adore this wonderful lady who cares.

Terrible, I was sent over to see an apartment, the superintendent and his wife are outside talking to people in a green van smoking a joint and tell me to wait. Then they gave me wrong information on the price and how to handle the application. So I ran around that whole night and the next morning for nothing. Because a couple of pot heads have no clue what they are doing. I smoke pot every day and doesn't affect my work!?

Jennifer is amazing! Our team required 3 units to support our staff for relocations, and she went over backward to help us. Excellent service - excellent accommodations to our needs - and will continue to work with her moving forward. Superb. Thanks Jennifer!

My mother and I were looking to rent our home and decided to use Primecorp's services. The senior property manager, Madame Jennifer Davies, was effective in not only managing the renovation of the home, but also finding clients. She never left any questions unanswered. I highly recommend her for tenants and landlords. In fact, she ensures that both parties' interests (tenant and landlord's) are satisfied.

Jen and Amanda were amazing and super helpful! it was my first time moving and they made everything super easy and was very welcoming at the main office. Jen is clearly running a great group of people and I'm happy that I chose to get an apartment with Primecorp. all questions that I had were answered and made sure everything was perfect. More companies should be the same way.

345 Barber StreetThis building was in really bad shape when I first moved in here 3 years ago. Since the new owners and New property manager took over with their new supers the building is so much better. The building is always clean and smells wonderfully. The property manager is always very nice very polite very respectful . The new supers are always very polite very respectful and very nice as well. Also since there is now security cameras I feel more safe then I ever have here. I told all my friends and my family about the huge improvements. If I need anything repaired or checked I call the property manager and she acts on it right away . Everything is always done promptly.Thank you very much Jennifer Davies and Thank you very much to your new supers.
