There is an impressive selection and great quality at this bakery.Sandwiches on their fresh baked bread are next level and decently priced.The location is tucked away a little bit and it was easy to miss but I’m glad I eventually found it. I got lucky with street parking nearby.It was a little chaotic inside while I was ordering (crowded with customers, with a lot of staff working, which are two good signs!) and the layout was tight for a stroller but still have to give 5 stars because it’s not easy to find a good bakery like this anymore.

Ordered some desserts for a birthday and a small cake. The staff and owner were super helpful. There was a small mis communication but the owner and staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. At the birthday everyone loved the desserts, the death by chocolate was by far the favourite but the death by walnut and macaroons were were also excellent. Perfect service and great product.

I ordered a Black forest Cake for my wife's birthday. Very disappointed. The Cake was very dry and disappointing. When a called the next day I was told oh that's too bad I'll let the bakers know so they can do better. I had suggest to Take my Name and number so they could call me. Now 2 days later not a word to say sorry or how can we make it better

This is a true bakery. This harder to find then one would expect these days. They clearly focus on the integrity of their product. So many delicious classics. There is a huge variety of bread and baked goods here. I appreciate their selection as well as focus on respecting tradition. Extremely impressed with Hillcrest.
