Our furnace stopped working. Nakeem or Nakim (sorry if I misspelled) came in and fixed quickly - he was great and very professional, highly recommended! James was also very quick in responding. Thank you very much guys!

AccuServ is hands down an amazing company. I’ve hired them previously to fix another contractor’s mess. Now is the second time I’ve hired them and they did a great job on the third floor mini splits. Vlad is extremely knowledgeable and responsive on the sales side. Lynn was fantastic for communication/logistics for coordinating the invoice/installation. The team we had was Aaron Pantaleon, Kname Nyame, Aaron Blake and Daniel Coop for the install. All were super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient at the job and worked well together. They also left the jobsite very clean.They also saved us from potential future structural problems from moisture while installing the new Mitsubishi minisplits. High quality and high value for the money.Highly recommend, 5/5, will call again for any HVAC needs.

They installed a control panel that really a new furnace was needed. I should have had other companies investigate before allowing the install to take place.

My furnace stopped working on a bitterly cold day towards the end of the business day. No one else was able to send someone that evening except AccuServ. Their technician Nakeem Burnett came to my home that evening at 9 pm. He was courteous and professional, taking the time to explain exactly what was needed to repair my furnace. It was promptly fixed and my home is now toasty warm thanks to his efforts. I would highly recommend Nakeem and the team at AccuServ.

Got a heat pump and a whole lot of problems with a different company. Finally Christmas Eve it was just too cold. I called AccuServ at 6am and they had tech Ray out the same day. He identified the problem immediately, and fixed fully within the hour. Thanks for the great work!

Vlad, and the entire team of installers were extremely professional, and provided great care and expertise into replacing a failing hot water tank into my loft. There were some unique challenges to installing the new tank and removing the old one, including exchanging the replacements up a tall landing.Extremely professional, and efficient, did everything quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

AccuServ installed my tankless water heater and furnace and they were great! So when it came perform our annual maintenance on these, they were my first choice. This was our first maintenance service since our installation, and the experience was great.

Updated review: Blake had come to do a diagnostic on our AC and provided some great options for us to consider. I had experienced some miscommunication on quotes and scheduling after the initial diagnostic but my faith was restored after a good conversation with James who took the time to provide additional context, listen to my feedback and then offer some options to best suit our needs. Appreciate the hands-on approach with their customers.Previous review: Daniel was a great representative for AccuServ. He came in for routine maintenance on our furnace and as first-time home owners he was very helpful and provided a lot of useful knowledge. From this experience, I feel this company is trustworthy and would recommend!

Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.
