They were late after being asked to change from afternoon to morning. Only were there for twenty minutes. Had to ask to clean backs of upholstery. Commented that the upholstery was not even damp when finished. Went back couple days later and had to vacuum undersides of cushions because of lint and fluff on them. Skirt was still dirty in spots and also one cushion. Used a microfibre cloth to remove stains. Certainly was not worth the price of $109 plus tax. If rented equipment myself would have got a better job done. Felt ripped off.
