Great team who are experts at what they do. Very friendly with fair prices on both service and sales.And...they take care of you. I was having challenges with a saw I bought and they made it right. Took a second saw for a new bar and tune up and it runs better then new.Good selection of Bobcat and power equipment.

First of all, I am admittedly a very tough critic. However, Bobcat of Parry Sound went above and beyond my expectations with my recent purchase, prompting me to write this review. The sales and operations team went out of their way to work around my schedule, offering next day delivery for two purchases a considerable distance outside of their dealer market area. All promises made were delivered and response times were very prompt. It is clear to me that this establishment is focused on help customers get the work done when they need it done. As a matter of fact, the salesman I dealt with even took time out of his vacation to get me sorted out! Where else do you hear that? Nowhere.I would not hesitate to buy from Bobcat of Parry Sound again in the future! Thanks

Great customer service! Have older skidsteer and mini excavator. They do all our services and take care of everything for us. When ready to upgrade will definitely be going through them!

Dropped off a 9.9 hp boat motor for repair recently. Despite the fact that staff were making preparations for an open house in a downpour, they were quick to help me unload the motor and take down our service request. They were thorough, asking us to stop back with our gas tank and gas line so they could be tested with the motor when it was serviced. Never thought of that!

Tried to buy a snowblower for my mother here. Didn't seem the snow direction worked right and I asked the big guy Dwayne about it and he would not even leave his chair to look. I ended up driving down to barrie and buying it.My neighbor also brought his Honda atv there with a printed out list of items to repair, picked it up a week later and only one item was looked after. The oil change, and he received a $280 bill. He ended up having to bring it to Huntsville to somebody who wanted to do the work.These guys are so lazy and the service is terrible. Go anywhere else to rent, service or purchase.

Having worked with sales people and in the construction and farm equipment industry all of my life ~ I can honestly say, I have never seen a team of professionals more dedicated to their customers!! John and his team have gone above and beyond at every turn to help. I was never sold on brand or store loyalty until now. This Bobcat team has made me a very happy, life long customer.
