I went to this store on May 16, 2023 to place an order for 500 pages or more plus binding and covering. The staff refuse to place the order and said to print them on their printing machine. Then, why would I approach you to place an order. Terrible service and lazy staff, in general.

I’ve bought writing and office supplies from Staples for years. From iPads to pencils to custom order stuff — it’s been consistently good. Quick and friendly service at this location. I had been to the Langley location and didn't receive any help so I went to the Grandview location. The store was clean, the associates were friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I want to say a big thank you to Hardeep at the print shop for really going out of her way to help me! she could have given me a simple no over the phone but instead she really worked to find a solution for me. she was also super friendly, not only to me but everyone else in the store when I came in. She saved the day and it means a lot! :) thank you!

I went to make 200 copies of my menu, and the price they charged was much more expensive than that I charged a few days ago. I showed them my previous receipt, but they still insisted on their own. I also acquiesced in the high price they gave me. In the end, I asked them for a receipt, but they didn't want me. I asked them to send it to my mailbox, but she promised but didn't give it to me! I called the service center, but they hung up. . . .so bad

If i could give negative reviews I would. We spent half an hour trying to pull some customer service out of the guy on the floor as we shopped for office chairs, might as well have been talking to one of the chairs. Once we made our choice we order them and asked for them to be delivered. Tuesday comes and goes, no call no delivery once again we have to track them down. Apparently they could not figure out how to deliver so instead of calling the number provided they ship them back to the warehouse and without even talking to us they refund the amount. What the hell kind of business acumen is this?? In this day and age to be unable to deliver to a simple Vancouver office address is just unbelievable and then to not even call the customer.... Like i said I wish i could give minus stars.

I went over for a quick Amazon drop off. The store inside looked clean and presentable. The sales section wasn’t competitive enough. Relative to the competition their prices are $10-30 higher.I would recommend doing a bit of research before hand, with other providers like Amazon and Best Buy. Good luck.
