If Surerus wants to keep its employer brand reputation in the industry, they must begin with its office staff to teach them how to communicate with professionals. In other words, their secretary must learn that, she is not in a position to make any decision when it comes to potential opportunities for the benefit of Surerus. I hope someone in the organisation will take this piece of advice and educate basic communication skills to its subordinate level employees.
