When I called Roof Pro regarding my leaking roof, I expected that I would probably be leaving a message and have to wait for a call back. Much to my surprise, Todd the owner answered the phone. He was at my home within minutes of the call - wow! He assessed where the leak was coming from (which two other companies could not and failed in their repair attempts). I should have called Roof Pro first! Todd made the extra effort by crawling into a confined attic space to source the leak (the other two companies didn’t do that). Todd had his crew back at my home the following day to begin the work! I was amazed and so relieved. Todd communicated very effectively during the process with phone calls and texts. He and his team did an outstanding job. They were very polite, respectful, and happy in the way they approached their work (a sign of a good leader). They worked extremely efficiently and left the job site clean and tidy. Then one night after a couple of weeks, it was raining buckets and my phone rang - it was Todd following up to make sure everything was dry. It certainly was! I would very highly recommend Roof Pro!
