This firm should be called Wack and Associates. The worse law firm ever! Most money hungry and sneaky firm ever ! They charge you for everything. They do not care about your case, all they want is your money . You have a discussion with them and they turn it around there . And wow this Leighann Sloan ( i think their secretary) i feel like I'm talking to a robot she has no peoples skills. It is like she is programed to constantly haunt you for money . Their turn over for lawyers are high there , lawyers come and go there , your case will be passed on from one lawyer to another. No consistency. Very poor customer service. Waste of money and time ! Will never go to them ever again !

Kim Kirk was our representation throughout the most recent 3 years of a 10 year long, arduous custody case. Be careful of who you sign on with. I’m sure there are some good lawyers in the firm but my experience with one of the team was brutal and she took no personal responsibility for a lack of follow through and professionalism. After a year and a half, $13k and multiple requests to have things done I have zero to show for it. When calling her on it, all I got was excuses and gaslighting then very unprofessional hung up on and dropped as a client.

I didn't know where to turn. Feeling super stressed and quite lost, I knew I needed someone who understood the law well, and could see the unfair situation that I was in.For any man being bullied by a difficult ex-wife, I would highly suggest contacting Jennifer Berlin. Extremely knowledgeable and empathetic, she knew what needed to be done, and how to do it. Both efficient and tough, I felt very lucky to have her working on my side.Hopefully, I'll never need to access such services again, but if such a time arises, I won't hesitate to contact Jennifer again. 3 - 3.5 starsStephen Harfield is an excellent lawyer when it comes to keeping things mutual between the parties and avoiding family court. He is well spoken, knowledgeable and knows how to navigate the court systems well. His primary goal is to keep costs down & to find some mutual ground between parties to avoid court. I would highly recommend him for families that have more straight forward cases.My case was a bit different as there were issues that came up long after a separation agreement was signed – where there were deep hurt feelings between both parties and unusually very sensitive topics. The opposing party’s lawyer was very aggressive, to which intimidating tactics were used to drive emotion (and sometimes successful). Stephen, with his calming nature, would validate the frustration I was experiencing. However, when dealing with the opposing party, I found that he tended to shy away from the aggression. Because of this, I had to advocate for myself a little more than I would have liked. But he did always come around and find ways to reinvent the wheel – and advocate in my best interest.Stephen, in front of a judge, has a well-kept composure. He was knowledgeable and well-spoken and was able to help keep me calm in a highly stressful situation. His demeanor was incredibly beneficial given the hostile nature of the opposing party.Given the special circumstances combined with the aggressive nature of the opposing party, and Stephen’s somewhat passive nature, I decided to find different lawyer that had more experience with the special circumstances in my case.I would highly recommend Stephen for more collaborative, non-high-conflict cases.
