Steve's Heating and Cooling

Our furnace broke down last week I called up Steve's they were there within the hour.. Very knowledgeable technician walks and takes care of everything for us!!! Very reasonable very fast and thank you Steve's Heating / Merry Christmas from the Bax family..

We hired Steve's several years ago. Just realized I could post a review for his company. Had them install a mini-split system in our home. Extremely satisfied with everything, from the cost to the expert installation. I have recently given a couple of my friends the number to call Steve's for work that they are interested in having done. Sorry for taking so long to write my review Steve. I am truly happy to have chosen Steve's to work for me.

My furnace decided to not work on one of our cold winter days. Called them up after hours and someone came by and fixed the igniter. It's been weeks now and it's still running great. I'd recommend this company for sure.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They came last year 3 times in a week because everytime they fixed something it stopped working 2 days later. We paid over 800 for repairs. Now exactly one year later, heat was not working again. They came and replace the exact same thing as they did last year and recharged us. 2 days later, broke again. They came and replaced something different and charged us again. Now a week later, heat is not working again. We have paid over $1000 and the heat is still not fixed. Very incompetent workers that just want to take your money without even figuring out the actual problems.

I have had the pleasure of using Steve three times. We have a large bed and breakfast and have needed him to rush out and fix both our furnaces, and split air conditioning heat pumps that were installed by another company. From his first call out, his contact detail sticker was put on our furnace and its a blessing to know, i cant lose his number. Each time we have called, his receptionist professionally answers and deals with our request, then Steve turns up reliably and cleanly dressed. He has always been respectful of his work environment and our furniture and floors. I have always felt his charges were fair and reasonable. Having a tradesman like this handle this one small area of our lives which is so important to maintain in Northern American temperatures, I feel it is honestly one thing I do not now have to worry about. Totally recommend.

I had problem with my furnace so I called at 7:30 AM and by 9:30 AM their service man Todd arrived at my home. He was very professional and informative and by 10:30 my furnace was fixed. The repair cost was fair and I can’t thank them enough for their speedy service and would highly recommend them. Thank you. Pat S.

After having an emergency visit with my cardiologist, I had an appointment with Steve's to be at my house between 1-4 to fix my air conditioning. Per my dr., I was not able to stay at my house of 84 degrees. I called the office at 3 and asked her if they could call me when arriving, she said, NO. I told her I would be in the building in front of my house where there's air conditioning to please let them know to notify me when arriving. They were no call, no show!! Where's the customer service and consideration for people??

I called this place 1 week ago. Spoke with the receptionist, gave my information and my request. She stated Steve" would give me a call back. This has not happened. I googled this place and because I have a Lennox

great quick service! my furnace broke at night and i have children so i was worried about it being cold all night! I explained it to him over the phone and he came right away! not only did dom come in a timely manner, he also explained what he did and the cost of everything. professional, affordable, quick and caring.won’t go anywhere else.

I'm a veteran. i was referred by the VA hospital i wanted a ac unit exchanged in my bedroom they came out on the hottest week of the year cut the cord to existing ac unit and left me to deal with the heat all week. then told me it would cost an extra $200 to install the new unit on topof the $1200 they received. i gave them cash for the job. they never finished work and never did what i paid for. very disappointed
