Imperial Engravers

I had to get a cutlery set engraved and found Imperial Engravers on Google. Janet was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. She provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable, and then emailed me a proof, which I approved by email. I was originally told the engraving would take about a week but it was done in a couple of days! I'm glad I found Imperial Engravers and will continue to go back. They are also very close to where I live so that's an added bonus! I would highly recommend them. They appear to do much larger scale jobs but are happy to take on smaller ones.

I can not even express the gratitude I am feeling right now. Lost my husband over a month ago and sent dog tags to get engraved with his fingerprint on one side and his name on the other. Not only was Dave very responsive and professional he also accommodated my ridiculous timing as I needed one the next day for my mother in law who was leaving to go back home. I cried when I received the tags as they were so beautifully done. Thank you Dave and Imperial Engravers for bringing me a sliver of peace.

Got an engraved bottle for my friends birthday and it turned out great! The people are very friendly and the service was fast. And can’t beat $30! I will definitely be using them again.

Hats off to the skilled artisans at Imperial Engravers who made my Morse code engraving vision a reality. I dealt with Janet who fielded my initial call, Dave who got back to me with suggested improvements to my original ask, and Andrew who worked on the two items that I had engraved. Throughout the week it took to complete the job I was kept updated on progress. I felt that my complete satisfaction was their goal. I cannot say enough about Andrew who went that extra mile to accommodate the preciseness of my request. Thank you Andrew! They take pride in their craftsmanship and it shows in the quality of the engraving on the finished product. Their prices were fair and quite frankly I was surprised as I expected to pay more for the intricacy of the engraving. Excellent work, timely delivery, competitive pricing and helpful, customer service oriented professionals - what more can you ask for?

Loved discovering this place nearby to get some custom engraving done. They typically do laser engraving for mass production for medals, awards, trophies, plaques etc - you name it they will do it. In between set ups they are able to do personalized engraving on insulated cups. They charge a minimal set up fee I think ~ $25-$30 and then a $6 per cup charge. They were quick to send me proofs via email and happy to make adjustments to the font/design. I've gone twice now and highly recommend. The teal/seafoam cups have already made it to a vacation in Punta Cana and the more recent ones were end of year teacher gifts. Imperial Engravers is an excellent business with amazing product. Dave was super responsive over the phone and via email, and very accommodating with my short notice order right before Christmas. Dave and Janet from Imperial Engravers helped me out a few weeks ago with a last-minute order needed for a wedding gift. They were so kind and really put the extra effort into creating the right design for the occasion. Even though it was a small order, I really felt prioritized and the customer service was outstanding. The chef's knife Dave engraved for me looked BEAUTIFUL and the receiver was thrilled with it. Especially if you have a high-end object you need engraved, I would definitely recommend Imperial over everyone else because they are absolute experts and really committed to delivering high quality.
